Edo Hibachi was fantastic in every way! The service was friendly, the food was delicious, and the drinks were wonderful. We departed with full bellies, leftovers, and smiles of satisfaction.

We had reservations to celebrate two birthdays at 7 o’clock. It was a complete mess, rude staff and horrible service. Management/owner was one of the worst of interactions we had. We ordered an appetizer. After we had the appetizer, 2 employees and the manager approached us separately to tell us because of the time (7:47) we had to pay more than the price listed on the menu. I had requested with 3 different employees to have birthday cakes for dessert to celebrate at our table. No server or anyone came back to our table after taking our initial order. Not to even pick up a dish. Could barely eat because of all of the dirty dishes. At the end of the dinner, the only interaction from staff was the chaos that ensued over ordering the appetizer and needing to be charged more. We couldn’t even get our check. When I went up to the hostess after waiting for 40 minutes after our dinner to request our check and ask about the birthday cakes for the kids, she said she would send someone over. A man from the back kitchen came out and said “I don’t know why but they asked me to come out and bring this to you.” It was the check. The hostess then brought the cakes out, without silverware. I went and asked the manager for silverware and the manager started saying that she needed to charge us more for the cakes! It was unbelievable. To add insult to injury, 2 members of our party came down with 104 temperatures and became violently ill within hours of leaving. NEVER. AGAIN. This place is dirty, a scam and horrible service.

I placed my order of two items, waited for a good while for our sushi platter. It’s fine. Waitress was not attentive to drink refills at all. Finish our sushi she asked if we wanted anything else. I asked about our meal we ordered. Another 20 mins go by. We did not get our soup, salad, or rice that comes with it. I spoke with the manager, he said how they are short staffed. I get it. I truly do. Emily our waitess then got mad at us for speaking with the manager and not asking her for the items and got aggressive with us. I asked for drinks multiple times, the sauce cups for sushi, the dipping sauce that was to come with our meal. I shouldn’t have too ask. I get being short staffed. If you forgot to put in my dinner be honest and say that. Such poor customer service. The manager did nothing to remedy this other than tell her to ask if we wanted the items she forgot to go. 1.5 hours there to only really eat some sushi and take the tempura home because at nearly 9pm I wanted to be home. Emily no need to get aggressive when I said if you forgot to ring it in you should have just said so, take your time with all your tables and listen, your other tables had way more attention.

Really good food. This is the Sunkiss sushi roll plate, I believe it has spicy tuna, salmon, and avocado on top, it was sooo good.

When they opened, I was very happy as it was a nice clean restaurant with obvious high quality sushi chef and great entertainment at the tables. The food quality was good, and could care less about the price because we would go here for special events, larger friend gatherings etc.

Typical food, but the taste and quality varies greatly by who prepares it. My issue is that they lost my credit card in a matter of a few moments. How do you lose a customer’s credit card after you’ve processed the payment.

I usually love going here but after the disrespectful waitress who told me to go find a booster seat for my son then wouldn’t refill my drinks at the table and refuse to give my son a balloon but gave all the other kids a balloon at the table. My son was confused on why he couldn’t have one. I never met a woman so nasty in my life and I will not return to a place that treats children horrible as well.
