At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked tow and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host-one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

Great smoked meats! Highly recommend everything here. We tried the spicy smoked pork tacos, the brisket (very tender) and the fried ribs special. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and delicious. Great sauces and variety of flavors – the spicy ranch was my favorite. Also make sure to try the banana pudding. One of the better ones I’ve had!

Brisket tacos and brisket sandwich were good. There fried pickles were hand battered and wonderful! Kids meal was just warmed up frozen food unfortunately but love the Atmosphere. Will come back.

The place was very nice and clean. Super beautiful inside. The food didn’t match the scenery though. I ordered the catfish, it was super greasy, my fries were burnt to a crisp, and the macaroni and cheese was bland with no taste. My cornbread was hard as a brick and burnt as well. My girl had the pulled chicken, she said the chicken had no seasonings and bland. Her fries were good though. The tea was good as well. Overall, it was a no for me!

First time trying this new location, and everything was great. I’ve been going to Edley’s since they first opened on 12th back in the day. Was always great at that location. But some of their other locations (Sylvan Park specifically) have been slipping lately. Glad to see this new Franklin location is back to focusing on food quality and service, like the old days! I live in Franklin, so will continue to come here, if they can keep it up

Love this new BBQ option in the Franklin area! I had the brisket sandwich … layers and layers of lean brisket! My daughter had the pork platter that came with cornbread, cheesy grits, and potato salad. We both greatly enjoyed the meal and will be back!!

The line was finally short enough to give the new Edley’s a try, and it didn’t disappoint. The line moves quickly, and even though they were super-busy, the food came relatively quickly. Parking seems like it’s going to be an ongoing issue here. We shall see…

The overall experience was pretty good. I wasn’t greeted walking in the door and was immediately in a line. Didn’t know if it was open seating or had to wait for a table. Turns out its like a fast food restaurant. Order and find a seat and they will bring your food out to you. I was slightly disappointed with the portions based on the prices. Food was flavorful with just the right amount of spice and kick to it. Sweet tea was delicous. I would give Edleys’s another visit.
