I originally ordered boxed lunches for one of my work teams from the Edina Eatery with a goal of supporting a local, small business, while hoping to find a good option for business catering. The food was an instant hit with all of us. When we opened the boxes, the pleasant smell of freshly baked bread wafted out- a great first impression. I requested feedback from the team and the response was 100% positive. Since then I have ordered other catered lunches from the Edina Eatery and Jay has been easy to work with, flexible, efficient and reliable. I unreservedly recommend their catering department!

I ordered a pickup order for noon. I arrived at noon and my order wasn’t ready. That in itself was not a big deal. But then I realized they had not even started my order nor did they for at least five more minutes. I also watched them take frozen chicken from a bag and microwave it. This was clear when I began to eat my wrap and the chicken was still hard and frozen.
