We were there for breakfast and both had the Stuffed Hashbrowns with eggs – for us over easy. Delicious! Bacon in the meat mix was crisp and the hashbrowns were crisp, too. Big portions. It was busy, so a bit of a wait for food, but they serve coffee by the pot, and that kept us happy until the great meal delivered. We would definitely eat breakfast there again.

First time at Edie Mae’s. The food was good. Service was nice and casual. It’s kind of fun to see an American Diner mixed with Chinese Food. Overall, although a little unconventional, it was fun and nice to have a new breakfast place. Good comfort food that reminded me of childhood at the cabin. Not too expensive either!

The pancakes and french toast and bacon are the best. Great prices and large portions of food. Good prices. Just be careful if you order Coke and get diet coke. The server was unbelievable mad at me. She fixed it but I don’t understand what happened? I have no hard feelings and I for the most part recommend this as a good place to eat. I hope it was her having a bad day. Normally very nice.
