So glad this taco shop moved in!! I had the 5 street tacos al pastor which were delicious and well priced. Service was quick, especially considering it seemed like there was only one person in the kitchen. Be sure you get some salsas with your tacos though, the tacos could end up a little on the dry side without it.

Tried Ediberto’s grilled chicken super burrito. Had good flavor, filling, but I thought it’d be a little bigger @ $14… I’ll hit up some other menu items next time, worth the try.

The service was great and the restaurant was clean and nice. The food wasn’t good. I got the rolled tacos the meat was tough and had no flavor. The enchiladas sauce tasted like it came from a can and was really thick. The rice tasted old and was dry. The beans were okay. The churros were hard and stale like they were warmed up after being cooked already but was the best thing they had even with it being hard and slightly burnt taste. The salsa was great and had great flavor and spice. Unfortunately Everything had like a low quality mass production taste. The prices were cheap but you definitely get what you pay for.

This place is awesome! Delicious food and the 5 tacos for $10 are the best deal in town. So filling. Their salsa bar is great but could use labels. They even have some arcade games and the fanciest bathrooms I’ve seen in a Mexican restaurant. Outdoor seating, easy parking, and great food. I hope they stick around for a long time.

So far this is the best Mexican restaurant in the area, and it is actually pretty damn good. Their food has been consistently good, their pricing is fair, and the workers are friendly. The only complaint that I had was that the restaurant could have been a bit cleaner (we were there when it was slow, and the tables could have been wiped down… but it wasn’t horrible by any means).

Definitely one of my favorite places to get a burrito with some of the best salsa (bar) I’ve had since living in Portland/Vancouver. The Grants Pass burrito crushes a typical California burrito and is by far one of their best. I didn’t really enjoy the super burrito with carnitas, it felt a little too salty; I will try chicken next. Excellent tacos/rolled tacos if you’re in less of a rush and well priced. Other nearby Mexican restaurants just can’t make a good dry burrito like Ediberto’s! Thanks team! Hope you will be here for the long run!

Always glad for a new restaurant in town. At first we weren’t sure if it was open because it was dark, but we pushed on the door and they were open… Just keeping the lights low.

I’ve given this spot two shots and each time was a let down. The first time a kid with cuts all over his arms took my order in a super short tempered attitude. When my food arrived I asked if I could get a side of limes which was immediately meet with a comment from the worker that the limes would be extra. Maybe we are just spoiled with other Mexican food spots in Grants Pass, but they sure do give of cheap vibes when it comes to salsa and normal condiments that you would never be charged extra for in other spots. The second time I went unfortunately I got the same worker, and again the same rushed/rude treatment, and when my order was ready basically went in hid in the back so that I could t ask him for salsa. Just seems super cheap to operate in that way, and your workers sure could get a couple of classes in customer appreciation. It’s a shame because the food is decent, but they should definitely find people that want to work with better attitudes. It’s Mexican food, condiments should be on available at some type of salsa bar or something, I mean the prices are already high to start with.

Street tacos were legit! I’ve had street tacos before and these were above par. Their entire menu is fantastic. I strongly recommend the breakfast burritos.

Ordered five different items at $45, and was only delivered a box of nachos. We called the restaurant and they said they had our food there but that they were closed now and won’t help us and to take it up with DoorDash. For someone who works in the food service industry this has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in Grants Pass. Thanks for taking our money and keeping our food.
