We went to eat lunch here for the first time. The restaurant looks old but similar to a pub restaurant in the UK. They have a salad bar which is ok. The crab meat is good and they serve warm bread as well. The lady who owns the restaurant is also welcoming.

Crab cakes and football… thank you google for the best crab cakes in Annapolis! I love this restaurant and the sweet family that owns it. We ordered the crab dip, mussels, jumbo lump crab cake, and the Maryland seafood soup. OMMGG it was amazing! Stop in, order a few drinks, and have yourself the best crab cakes and food in the area

Went here with the in-laws and really enjoyed the food. The place is very non assuming. I would not have stopped here on my own but am so glad my in-laws took us here. Everything was so good. It started with the cheese spread and the abundance of crackers then got into my beer, and meal, and then I took home a slice of carrot cake that didn’t disappoint! Once this quarantine is over we need to go back!

The staff becomes family, the food is amazing and prices are comparable to others around the area. However, the food is the best. My wife and I visit at least every other week. We have had every crab cake around and you can’t beat Edgewater Restaurant in Mayo.

Another restaurant suggested by a friend. Unsuspecting restaurant that looks like a house on the outside, and real intimate on the inside. Very nice waitress, the only one in the place. Only one cook this evening advised us to order as the restaurant was filling up. Started off with a Shirley temple. Ordered cream of crab soup and as you can see lots of lump crab, unfortunately not fresh. Hit it with the old bay and that helped. Ordered a broiled seafood platter with $8 up charge for lump crab. Should have stayed with the back fin. The crabmeat was not fresh. Ok the stringbeans were tasty. Tasted canned. My broiled platter was really wet. I don’t believe the cook had any seasoning in the kitchen, because the food was very bland. My girlfriend got her platter fried. My kid had fried mozzarella, Buffalo wings and fries. According to my friend the food has tasted better. So I’ll try again, maybe.

Best crab cakes in the DMV!!!! It’s a old house turned into a restaurant, family run. Everyone is very friendly. Salad bar is fresh, cream of crab soup is delicious, the shrimp stuffed with lump crab meat is good.
