Do not under any circumstance order the sirloin steak. Not sure why that cut is even offered at a restaurant trying to be more upscale. They should be offering a ribeye or a filet if anything. It was terribly cooked and the seasoning tasted burnt. It looked like a cut of meat I could pick up at Kroger. The quality of the meat was also not great.

It’s hard to shake off the feeling that I’ve just been scammed somehow. I can’t believe I was once excited to dine here.

Edge was fantastic. Beautiful restaurant, great service, and the food was delicious. My husband got the steak and I got the Japanese fusion shrimp and grits and both were amazing. I will be back!

An incredible atmosphere and staff that is beyond compare allow you to fully enjoy what is arguably the best restaurant in the area. Make sure to get a dish that features their made-daily pasta. A menu that changes daily yet is always outstanding. This place is is a true dining experience.

It was an experience. I went with my husband for our anniversary but it lacked. He picked the steak plate, I went for a fish plate. Unfortunately though we didn’t get full off our meals. It was tasty but there’s something about paying high prices and having to get food 30 mins later to supplement dinner. I have them stars because it has a good ambience and the service was there. Also the variety of drinks were fun and the desserts were flavorful. It was a one and done experience sadly. Might be fun to just hang out at, not hungry.

This place used to be great… not anymore. With chef dustin gone there is no reason to go here. The mangenent is non exsistant. The food took an hour and the three of us that ordered the sirloin (medium rare) only to find the steaks grey through and burnt. Rectifiying that took another 40 mins. by then everyone had finished their meals. When we tried to speak to the manager about this issue she seemed to hide in the kitchen, 20 minutes later she came out chewing (probably the steaks we sent back) she was sarcastic and completely unhelpful, even lying about who was cooking! Our waitress was extremely nice but it wasn’t enough to save this mess.

Absolutely the best pork chop I have ever had! And it was a HUGE chop! The beet and goat cheese salad had a light but excellent flavor. Again a huge salad so I had it boxed up and took it home. The tiramasu was classic–real ladyfingers and flavorful creme; we split it among three adults! Honestly the best food we’ve had at a Peoria-area restaurant. The Edge is now my favorite place to dine! Kudos to the chef and the wait staff, including Heather. Well done in every area!

My husband and I went in for our anniversary. The dining room is small, but with high ceilings. It was fairly casual while still being fine dining. The cheese plate was amazing, the pickled green onions added a nice zip to cutting the fat of the the cheese. The chicken dish that was available that day was amazing, very tender and no dry at all. Will definitely be back.

The entrance in the restaurant is a little confusing if you visit for the first time. Food was good and its presentation appealing, but the menu did not give a lot of options, which can be balanced against the fact that the ingredients are from local sources. The staff was friendly, attentive, yet the atmosphere lacked that inviting feeling that makes you want to stay longer. The restaurant layout seems to limit the possibility of a warm dining environment, with rather close seating and table allocation that stiffly delimits the space, which makes me recommend it more for a business meeting.

This dinner was so bad it almost seemed like it was a joke. Should have gone anywhere else but instead paid over $200 for old refrigerated oysters and seemingly microwave reheated salmon.
