I was in Augusta for a business trip, and we took a customer out to dinner at Edgar’s Grille. Most of their ingredients are local, and part of your bill goes to educational programs at Helms College. I already like this place. They start you off with a delicious roll. For appetizers, we shared the Burnt Ends and Crispy Pecan Shrimp. They were both outstanding. For my meal, I had the Pan Seared Salmon. It had a fig glaze with toasted almonds and comes with sweet potatoes. I loved it. My only minor frustration was that the bar was running very slow. We would have ordered more drinks if we could. I did really enjoy the food and would recommend dining at Edgar’s Grille.

What an truly delightful evening at Edgar’s. A few coworkers and I got together after work and someone mentioned Edgar’s and we were delightfully impressed by the ambiance, the service and above all the FOOD!. chef David (?) Made a vegetarian dish for my coworker and we were all impressed by the presentation and flavors. We ordered the crab cake, lamb chops special(yum!) And the vegetarian pizza. We got a few drinks to pair with our meals. I wasn’t a fan of the rum punch (tasted like something other than rum) but the Lemon Drop and Patron Margarita we got for the second round, hit the spot. Highly recommend the lamb chops special. It was PERFECTLY medium (see pics). Do yourself a favor and ordered a side of Mac and cheese! Yum! Our waitress Alyssa was so attentive to our group and made excellent recommendations for us to try since it was our first time. We will definitely be back since I’d love to try the steak or Sole or Salmon dishes. I’d also like to try the Oysters Rockefeller next time; The table next to us ordered it and it looked sooooo good!

First time eating here picked by my 14yr old niece and we had an amazing dinner. Our server was very attentive and the atmosphere was “Fancy” as she put it, lol! We ordered Shellfish & Grits, Shrimp Monaray Pappardelle Pasta to eat in and Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese, collard greens to go. Looking at neighbors food as it came out I really can’t wait to eat here again, even the caramelized onion and chive butter was delicious. I highly recommend this place wish there was one in Tampa (hint hint).

This was our first time going for the Sunday Brunch. The food was delicious with a huge selection of things to eat!! The gentleman making the omelets did an awesome job and it was delicious!! The servers at the buffet were very polite and courteous! We really enjoyed our brunch!

Update, Ive been back a few times and my 5 star rating still stands . The food is always prepared freshly and at the perfect temp. Omg!! The food is exquisite. I was in complete awe. I tried the filet mignon, the catch of the day and prime ribeye. All made to perfection.

Ammmmmmazingggggggg. The staff, the food, the ambiance. Incredible. Didn’t have a bad thing to say. Everything was delicious. The drinks, the dinner and the dessert. SO good. Perfect place for a really nice meal and you’re getting your worth for what you pay. I will be back!!!!

This was our 1st time having dinner at Edgar’s Grille. It was Saturday night, and we expected a long wait for a table, but there wasn’t. The service was good. To start off we had the GA Peach(Crop citrus vodka, peach stirrings, fresh orange and pineapple) the Look Up to the Sky( Vanilla vodka, passion fruit, lime juice, vanilla cinnamon syrup) martinis. The flavor of the food was fantastic! Unfortunately, the well done salmon I ordered was rather raw in the center. My order was redone to compensate for my inconvenience. The collards are wonderfully flavored. The restaurant is very clean and well lit with lots of natural light during the day. Our waiter was great even though we were accidentally given the wrong check but all was well in the end.
