Brisket was very salty and I tasted more smoke than I think is necessary. It almost tasted burnt. Chicken had no flavor. The Brunswick stew is more like vegetable soup with pork in it. The fries were decent but I paid .50 extra for garlic Parmesan and all I got was Parmesan out of a shaker can. The staff was friendly though, service was quick.

We call and ask did they have beef ribs and brisket before driving a hour away. We get here to order they let us place our order to tell us they don’t sell beef ribs and they are out of the brisket after we order it. We don’t eat pork they tell us to order the pork ribs which was very disrespectful to us then we ask was the beef sausage grill and they told us yes to find out it is fried. Need to close the entire place down.

Now I am a Texan, so BBQ in Georgia, I guess, is totally different, but this is the first place I found that served brisket. It was extremely dry, and the only flavor it had was what they sprinkled on top after its cooked. The meat it’s self had zero flavor.

Today I ordered take out. I did an online order before they opened. I bought the family meal. I put in my pick up time for 4:30PM. When I got there to pick up the lady said they did not have any green beans or fried okra. She also said they were super busy the day before and ran out last night. I asked why they did not call to let me know. She had no answer. I also told her that I tried calling this morning and no one answered. I did get an email confirmation after I had called. She blamed it on the “young guy” who probably did the confirmation email.

They burned the heck out my chicken and looked at me like I was crazy when I showed it to them my rib tips taste like mushy old meat somebody need to talk to the owners cause they can’t no this what they serving…I know they can cook I used to get my plates roadside before they were in a building .I hate to see this business go down…. oh the okra was the bomb!!!

My family and I ate there two days ago and the food was amazing, the pulled chicken, pulled pork and the rib tips were great. Better yet their sides were on point to, it’s not the kind of place that only has good sides but not good meat or vice versa, everything was great. My picky kids ate every bit we gave them. They have beer and liquor too.
