A young woman employee was very rude and made me feel unwelcome..arcade has sign that says “no refunds, play at your own risk” i tried it and lost my money..no biggie, but, why not fix the games or turn em off? I won’t go back there.

Was down for vacation from Texas, I love Eddie’s just not this location. The staff was rude, mostly teenagers. We spent well over 200.00 for around a group of 10 ppl while we hadn’t seen in a few years so we wanted to catch up and eat! We were only there for maybe a hour chatting and what not when we were asked to leave bc apparently we were taking up too much time at the table. We couldn’t believe it but we left and won’t be going back ever. Normally if we are down we frequent the Westland location but this location was close to us. I didn’t even bother asking for a manager because I don’t think it would have mattered since the other cashiers where rude as well

The pizza is amazing the Combination was by far the best, the only downside of the Atmosphere was that the kids playing machines were all almost out of order and there were lots of children that were very disappointed because one of the parents purchased $200 in coins just to find out that the machines weren’t working

The service is terrible and the employee at checkout was rude with no people skills which created an unwelcoming environment. The restaurant itself was lacking cleanliness and supply at the salad bar as well. Definitely will not be dinning there again.
