Poor customer service! So I called ahead for my order but when I arrived they (lady on the phone) forgot . Then I ordered again (chicken wings in garlic sauce w/ chicken rice) and waited for my food for about 10/15 minutes. $16.32 for some scrambled chicken with huge chunks of mushrooms, broccoli and who knows what else. “Ekkk” I could’nt even identify what was actually “chicken”. After what I saw I returned only to be insulted by the woman at the counter. I asked could they remake my order the way I asked. They told me I was confused about what I ordered (chicken wings vs chicken in a stir fry) and that “Chinese people don’t eat fried chicken which is why they stay so slim.” Me (black person) trying to figure out what the hell does that have to do with what I ordered said ok ma’am “well I’m not taking this with me “ so she did agree to refund me $5.08 & still didn’t want to do another order of chicken wings in the sauce lol so I let her refund me then I left , 3 days later my refunded about hasn’t been received nor did I ever get any food. You might see 1 star but it’s really a “NO Stars” for me. That’s just my experience hopefully someone gets better .

I order in person and I ordered fried chicken wing with shrimp fried rice and she extra charge me 4 dollar and I take a photo of her and she tried to force me to delete the photo I say no and my friend drive and she go and the lady touch my car for no reason

Work nearby and used to eat here alot, unfortunately some places never really recovered after this covid i guess. The foods now horrible!!! Given multiple chances to be good again just cant order anymore. Bourbon chicken was definitely repurposed from someones unpicked up chicken and broccoli order. Nice try but you cant cover the taste of steamed broccoli. The chicken appeared like it had been cooked several times, was dry hard and just overall a $20 inedible meal.

The worst chinese food I have ever had, my dog wouldn’t even eat it. Boneless ribs were like chewing leather, rice had no flavor, cashew chicken was watered down and tasteless, and all of it was cold. Will never go again.
