Shrimp box was just warm. Fries were cold, fried Shrimp was over cooked. Cocktail sauce taste like ketchup & hotsauce. A waste of money. Now I remember why we stopped ordering from this location. Remainder went in the trash

First time here, I think it was pretty good, fast service and on Christmas Eve. The chicken wings with mambo sauce was great the steak and cheese was good.

Tried to call in an order. We live 5 minutes away. It was 10:45pm. Lady on the phone wouldn’t take the order. Said “Come order here, we wait for you.” Pulled up to the building at 10:57pm. Doors were locked. Good food, but that’s not ok.

The lady needs help ,she’s very rude while trying to call in my order on the phone ,she keeps saying I don’t understand then I say I will come to the store and order ,then she hangs up ,very bad customer service, maybe it’s the location & she thinks everyone is the same , or she seems to thinks everyone is rowdy & wants to make trouble for her etc. Not Sure , I just wanted my order correct, I come in peace Lady Anyway they all Understand That Money & Pay though lol
