It’s just pretty much a franchise burger joint. Nothing real serious. If you are a buckeye fan, you’ll notice his name Eddie George and his number 27 when he played at Ohio State. It’s just a franchise where he puts his name. You’ll find a replica jersey sign from the buckeyes and Tennessee Titans at the location.

Traveling from New York with a layover in Columbus, Ohio. It was a very nice hamburger with french fries and a Lagunita beer. Everything was delicious

I am absolutely livid that the plate I was served at this restaurant was chipped! As someone who enjoys the dining experience, this completely ruined my meal. Not only was it unsightly, but it also made me question the cleanliness of the kitchen and the attention to detail of the staff. A chipped plate is unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone one that markets itself as upscale and sophisticated.

Solid bar and burger spot in the Columbus Airport. It was a very easy experience scanning a QR on the table for the menu/order/pay system. Aside from the decent burger, the fries came out hot and crispy, I loved it! The waitress was very attentive with drink refills.

This happened in the CMH airport. Personally witnessed a poor flight attendant getting screamed at for sitting in a chair to wait for her take out order. When she didn’t move fast enough, she was yelled at again. The poor flight attendant was embarrassed, trying to get out of her seat and her bags out of the way. As a flight attendant, we have limited time and we need to order quickly, and eat quickly before the next flight we’re working. It was shocking to witness. Perhaps a reminder that they are in a customer service industry, is needed.

We stopped in there to grab a bite to eat before boarding our flight. The waitress got us in to a seat. The ordering was all done by QR code app. But she still checked on us. The restaurant was pretty packed with travelers. It seems like the other employees (the bartender in particular) were either having a stressful day, or were sick of all the travelers they were dealing with. That’s understandable because I’m sure dealing with a bunch of drunk, traveling Kens and Karens is a pain. The chips and queso could’ve come out with more queso, but either way the flavor was good.

Location at John Glenn Airport. Service was fast. I ordered the club well eating it, and something tasted a little off. Thought it was the grilled bread. I’m not sure but next day was sick. The sandwich didn’t have much of a taste. Was about 3/4 of the way though when I noticed the tast was odd. Wouldn’t recommend.

Food was fast, large portions and tasty. Easy for everyone to order add their own order to the tab by scanning the same QR code on the table. Staff was incredibly attentive and very nice. Cool view of our plane right out the window.

This location is at the John Glen Airport. I ordered a turkey burger with cheese and guacamole. The fries are part of the meal. It’s ok. Their menu options are not much. You order using a qr code which sends your order to the kitchen. Paying was weird since they run your card at the location rather than pay online.

For airport food, it’s average. I don’t like the fact that you had to order from a QR code instead of a menu. The server was pleasant. The food was average, a little over priced but to be expected when one is held captive in an airport.
