We had a late supper on our trip. Eatnpark is always a great stop but this location was special. They had a sign on the door describing short staffing. We were greeted and seated right away and then we watched as the waitress juggled many tables in our area. She was an expert. Taking our order, getting our drinks and apps, and describing why we had a short wait. The whole dinner was a five star experience as she anticipated our needs and brought great food and a can do attitude. Thanks for staying open for us and having great staff!

My family and I just left the restaurant and let me tell ya… I WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN!!!!! The manager was borderline rude and not welcoming at all. She also started flipping chairs up while we were sitting down and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and antsy; VERY unprofessional!!! We felt like some type of burden or a bother and I strongly disliked that and my family felt the same way. We waited a VERY long time for our food and it was OK. One thing I also noticed is that they need to train their workers and have more management going on. Also, the workers need to work on keeping a positive attitude no matter what!!! Their manager is the role model they’re following and so far from what i’ve seen they are following a BAD example!! She was quite tall with a short brown bob and on the slim side. The food was okay but I wouldn’t recommend going at around 7-7:30 because they get really antsy and you feel it in the atmosphere.

Food is good, not great. Portions a bit small at this location compared to others. Service was great.

Was seated quickly and sat for ten minutes, middle of a Sunday afternoon, not busy at all, no one came to our table to acknowledge us let alone get us drinks, so we got up and left.

This Eat ‘n Park is the WORST! I’ve watched it deteriorate over the years. Management doesn’t care at all! Food is awful. Some servers ignore their customers and worry instead about doing their side work and playing on their cell phones! Leave the check on the table then do not return. AND I noticed that the many other reviews here are basically the same! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! (Daylight does do a better job).

When I arrived, it appeared to be slow. But yet there were at least 5 tables I could see that hadn’t been cleared. The empty coffee creamer that was beside the booth we were sitting in wasn’t removed until a few minutes before I left. The soup was good but certainly not hot. The burger had to be examined to make sure it was the right thing. Came to discover the bottom bun was a middle bun, or they had turned the bottom over. Overall a very disappointing meal, to say the least.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We’ve watched the quality of service deteriorate here in recent years. Last night my 14 year old daughter (and friends) were exposed to toxic bleach fumes here at 9pm on 5/6/23 after a local dance. They had apparently decided to use Bleach to clean the restaurant but stay open to visitors anyway. Bleach fumes are extremely toxic and my daughter reported burning in her eyes along with throat pain afterwards. Her friends also reeked of bleach fumes upon exiting the restaurant. Going to this restaurant put my child in harm’s way – I would avoid recommending it at all costs.

Managers are horrible! They don’t help when it’s busy out in dining room. These poor waitresses/waiters struggle sometimes, and you can see them just sitting in the office. One night the tables were almost all dirty, and the booth and the wall, window we sat in was splattered with something. Sadly had to ask for someone to clean it, the hostess says “do you want me to do it”? Ah ya! The hostess stands in the back playing on her phone leaning on the counter, while we wait to be seated! Can’t hire stupid…oh fix stupid is the saying

We did a take out order for a trip that was ready within minutes from my phone call. We did 2 kids grilled cheeses with apple sauce, and the chicken bacon ranch wrap for the driver. I wasn’t able to get any pictures of the food because it was eaten very quickly… absolutely delicious all around! We also did 3 dozen cookies to take back home to the Midwest. Thanks to the wonderful and friendly staff!

Our favorite place to eat at when we don’t feel like cooking and don’t know where else to go. Miss the salad bar, but chicken bruschetta is always tasty.
