Food was mediocre. I ordered a superburger combo meal, which includes a drink but, the young man who waited on me at thr window said it doesn’t come that way. So naturally I gotno drink. The burger was put together messy and the fries were barely warm. Don’t think I’ll be giving them my business anymore.

This particular Eat’n Park is my wife’s and myself most favorite restaurant in the Irwin area. My wife normally likes to get the Soup and Salad Bar and I usually get a Meal. My favorite is the (1) Chicken Parmesan with a side of French Fries or (2) Mile High Meatloaf with a side of French Fries or (3) Baked Cod 2 pieces with a Baked Potato and Side Salad and (4) Whale of a Cod Dinner or (5) Whale of a Cod Fish Sandwich with a side of French Fries… All Good IMHO! The Service is always Excellent with Very Friendly and Accommodating Waitresses and Waiters. Clean and Bright Atmosphere and always Clean and Tidy Restrooms. Prices are not bad, considering how the price of food has risen over the past 2 years. A Great Place to have an enjoyable meal and a Very Good Cup of Coffee.

Tonight we went to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and left highly disappointed. Server spent 35 minutes chatting with his coworkers three tables away from ours. Food came cold, macaroni was dry from sitting for over twenty minutes prior to serving. Management was informed and appeared non interested.

I love Eat n Park. I’ve been eating there for years. My daughter worked there for years and years doing hostess among other jobs there. They have a very, very rude, hostess, working there ( north Huntingdon) who never smiles and is rude to everyone that walks through the door. She was very rude to me and my family on several occasions to which I never said anything, but last month when I was in there with my family, I watched her being very mean and cruel to a disabled woman who asked if she could be seated near the front of the restaurant because she was not able to walk good and was probably in her 80’s to which the hostess replied “there are no effing clean tables “ also she said “THE WORD” And was very rude to the woman, and walked very swiftly to the very very very very back of the restaurant where she sat her, and she had a rag in her hand to that she threw at the wall and left it there. My mouth dropped to the floor at this, and I asked to speak to the manager and the manager came out. I reported the incident and she said to me “this is not our first complaint we’ve had against her we’ve had many, but we can’t find anyone to work” ???? Long story short I went there the other day with my family and who is working as hostess? The same girl… And what is she doing? She sitting on the windowsill texting and acting like we were bothering her by coming into the restaurant needing seated. I asked her if we could have a place close to the salad bar to which. She replied to me… “Maybe” in a rude tone ..not smiling …not joking… not kidding around… she was absolutely serious and rude. She has no business working there. If eat n Park is the place for smiles then why do they hire people who DO NOT SMILE AND ARE MEAN AND MISERABLE and not great you with a smile ??? I will not be returning any time soon.

It’s like all 24×7 Diners, good food at reasonable price. Had rosemary Chicken with chicken soup and fries. Chai Tea was alright, being an addicted to Indian tea can’t compare those two things.

Decided to change up morning breakfast from Dennys to Eat n Park. Twice the price. 1 server doing everything until someone came in to host. 50 mins total. Too long. No refills and begging, basically for the check. The server has to cash out as well.

I’d give zero if I could. Went in for the salad bar. Sat at the table for over 10 mins with no one asking for a drink order or anything. Was told twice that our waitress would be right out. After waiting a little while longer, walked out. Our section was not overly crowded, plenty of wait staff walking around. I have never walked out of a restaurant before but that wait was absolutely ridiculous.
