Curry Chicken was TRASH! They get you with the $4.99 lunch special and it comes with a drink. Great deal just no flavor! Very disappointed!

Food is ok taste very bland and I went around lunch and they said they didn’t have a lot of items on the menu.

Ordered a large jerk chicken with rice and peas. Personally the jerk sauce tasted more like a bland gravy, the rice was undercooked and my chicken had some many bones there was hardly any meat. I wouldn’t recommend this place of taste, prices were average.

I don’t want to be too hard on them, just not impressed with the flavor. Very blend, especially for a Jamaican restaurant. I need more spice.

The staff was friendly, the food was very delicious, and the portions were more than worth the price. It was warm inside, but that is to be expected.

EAT RIGHT IS EAT WRONG! My boyfriend and I ordered jerk baked chicken, and the chicken didn’t have no flavor. The rice is extremely dry, the cabbage was too greasy. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT REAL JAMAICAN FOOD! Don’t be fooled by the pictures, and the people standing in line or the people sitting and acting like they’re actually enjoying the food! Very misleading! Why would you rob us like this. ONLY THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. I CANT SPEAK FOR THE OTHER LOCATION. Could be different. I just had to help somebody else out if they were undecided! Here’s your sign to not come here expecting good food.

The food was amazing. I was a little skeptical when I arrived because the lot was empty, and I mean empty-empty. When I walked in, it didn’t smell like anyone was cooking or had cooked in quite some time. You know, looking for the aroma of food. I still took a chance and ordered and I am so glad I did. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. They were out of a lot of things but I figured out that it was because I arrived afyer their lunch special. I will definitely be back.

They are legit the best Jamaican I’ve had. Not even being dramatic like I just finished a curry goat that was superb. The cabbage was fresh, not soggy. The rice and peas have a slight sweet taste that I can’t describe, but it’s delicious. The goat gravy is REAL gravy and not mostly oil like a lot of the other Jamaican spots. Enough meat but not too much! Oh and the plantains are the best. They are all around just better and I’m lucky I live very close. I eat here often and I’m just now making a review because the plate today deserved its recognition!
