This place raises 3 flags. 1. The food is consistently good. 2. Restaurant offers the best value. 3. They do their own deliveries with food delivery apps and they are aggressive. Flag #3 is the main reason i will keep ordering from here. Driver called me to verify it was the right house. When I told him I was around the corner, he waited for me to arrive. Took picture of the delivery. This is how it should be done. Keep up the awesome work.

I ordered takeout from here on a Friday night and scheduled pickup. It was ready right on time and the food was nice and hot. We got beef and broccoli, tofu and mixed vegetables, egg drop soup and hot and sour soup. Everything was well cooked, the vegetables not mushy, and good quality meat. I’d recommend this place for nice and fast Chinese!

I work not far from here, my coworkers told me to try this place. The first time I ate from here I ordered pork fried rice with general TSO chicken, and I was extremely disappointed with the quality and freshness of the food, I did not finish eating it. Today I called on behalf of my coworker and ordered an extra meal for myself, chicken wings and french fries X3 well done, I definitely enjoyed my meal today however I was still disappointed that I paid a high price for a meal and I had an average amount of french fries.

First off they messed up the order twice after they took about 1.5 hours to deliver it the first time (they are 10 mins away from me). After delivering the “corrected order” (still wrong) they sent a scalding hot container of sauce we asked for that burned my friends hand. When we called and told them all the “manager” said was “That’s impossible” and not giving us a refund or even apologize about the fact that she burned her hand and messed up our order. Would not recommend anyone order from this place. If I could give a zero I would.

I hadn’t ordered from here in probably 6 months or so and the quality really has gone down. I was disappointed when I picked up my recent order. My wonton soup was really good but my egg roll and lo mein were pretty dry.

I have to say I am very unpleased with my most recent interaction with Eastern Chinese Restaurant. First I placed the order at 5:45pm and they told me it would take 45 minutes to arrive. Fine, no problem until 2 hours later they finally arrived. The driver left (he was nice) and upon opening the bag one of the rice boxes was yellow rice, not white that came with my chicken and broccoli. Then also, we never received the bottle of ginger ale that we ordered. I immediately called them back and we worked it out to have the charges removed from my card for product not received. Here it is 4 days later and have not received the refund as promised. I frequent this restaurant often but don’t think I will anymore. I am thoroughly disappointed.
