We need more local gems like this place! It’s a spacious eatery; high-quality foods. Go to the taqueria or get an artisan pasta dish a few steps away. Good pizza, too, Neapolitan style. Want something lighter? Get gourmet sandwiches, smoothies, etc. across the way. Definitely sit down at Rockfish for epic sushi. Again, high-quality! There’s a wine/wisky bar, too, if you want a relaxing beverage. There is plenty of seating.

Very good food and drinks selection in a modern space. Choose from a few restaurant concepts including Italian (pizza, pasta), Mexican, and Sushi Bar. Dine in at one of the many tables or take out. Clean, bright space. Definitely worth a visit when in the East Rock area of New Haven.

Fewer choices for lunch here than there used to be. Sushi, sandwiches and salad served by the 3 restaurants. There is also a bar but closed at lunchtime. Eating area is not that great. Big space and not an overly comfortable setting.

Rockfish has the most melt-in-your-mouth sushi I have ever had! Also tried some meats and cheeses from the Grazing Goat, all so tasty! Will be back to try the taco place and raw bar, for sure.

Rockfish sushi is my go to sushi place among any that I have tried in the US, including several joints in New York City. High quality rice, fish, and amazing knife work. If sushi is not your thing, there are refreshing pastas, great pizzas, and unique salads at Panicale. If you love Mexican, Carlos serves up yummy tacos and guac next door in Taqueria de Rojas. That is just half the places inside this unique New Haven gem. I am so delighted that they are in New Haven and right next door to an amazing brewery.

Pretty good. Beautiful venue/set up. Very clean, great service, the Pizza/Pasta bar was good. The Margherita pizza was super fresh and the sauce on the pizza was real fresh you could really taste the quality. Great atmosphere.

Came here to get acai bowls from Raw, but unfortunately they were closed at 4:30 pm even though their website says they are open until 7 pm. We ended up getting pasta & pizza from Pinicale instead and drinks from Rick’s bar. The pizza & pasta were both amazing although the service could have been friendlier. The bartender and drinks from Rick’s were both good.
