I enjoyed a sunset dinner while on vacation at East Pass. Our dining experience was superb with a great view of the Destin, Florida Harbor Walk Marina and oceanfront. The atmosphere was nice and quaint (rare for a restaurant on the boardwalk) but very refreshing.

Went on a Monday for a date night. Good service excellent food and drinks. The location is nice to walk around after your meal. (They do have a resort charge and add 20%when they bring the bill. Really enjoyed it and got to watch the boats coming and going.

If you are looking for a fresh food skip this restaurant. The only fresh part was the fish, all vegetables were soggy and old. The baked potatoes were made at least 12 hours before, the oil were soaked inside the potatoes and were mooshy. You can even see in the pictures the color is darker and looks soaked in oil. The food is pricy and the food doesn’t worth at all. Although the restaurant was almost empty, the lady who served us was in hurry the food arrived super fast which was another sign that it was well earlier prepared! We ordered shrimp pasta with Alfredo sauce and the lady remind us their Alfredo sauce is not the regular ones and not everyone like it because it is “very delicate “. As I used to cook and make resh homemade Alfredo, this one was not even good!

Visited this location in 2021 & 2023. Both times amazing (at least the dynamite shrimp) I’m from New Orleans, so I know about flavorful foods and seasonings. I would be lying if I said when I visited in May of 2023 that I didn’t order the dynamite shrimp about 5-6 times over my three day visit. I AM IN LOVE with those shrimp. Matter fact, I wish I could eat some right now lol.

Stopped in for lunch while on vacation. My husband had the grilled shrimp meal. The portion was small for the price but good. I had the grilled mahi mahi meal and it was great. The butter cream sauce they give you has a very good flavor.

Very nice addition to the boardwalk! Although the menu looked delicious, we were there for drinks only. Great service at the bar along with the best seats in the house! Very much enjoyed afternoon cocktails while watching all the watercraft come & go thru the harbor ⛵️ ☀️

We arrived when they first opened at 11am on a week day in June 2023. Our server was great! Try the sweet tea if you like true southern SWEET tea. Our server said he just made it so hopefully it always tastes the same. Highly recommend going on a fishing charter then bringing your fish fillets that your captain cleaned to the East Pass Seafood & Oyster House. They are located across from Sunglass World – Harbor walk. You can dine inside or outdoors on the covered deck area that faces all the different excursion boats. We caught 7 Spanish Mackerel on the Bay during our 3 hour fishing charter. East Pass did a great job cooking our fish. Best fish we’ve had here so far! Left to right. Blackened fish on top of cheese grits, grilled fish with fresh green beans and bacon, fried fish with fries and corn. It costs $19.95 per adult and $10.95 per kid to cook your fish and give you family style sides of your choice. Any extra fish would be a per pound charge. We didn’t get charged any extra. I’d recommend skipping the fried fish because the other two are just so darn delicious. Definitely bring your fish here!
