Ordered 2 12inch subs online. One Blt which was correct as far as toppings but there was hardly any miracle whip on it. The other was the deluxe. I ordered without mushrooms or banana peppers, which was made right but whoever made it added black olives which isnt a normal topping or I would have ordered without. I didnt feel like driving back to town and waiting to have it made correct, so I did my best to pick them off. I did call and inform them of the issue and all I got was “oh I’m sorry”. No offer for me to even bring it back to be remade or any type of credit etc. Wont order from again.

Ordered pizza and cheesy garlic bread last night and it was so GOOD! We probably order from the Orrville location once every other month and have literally never had a bad experience. Our order is always correct, ready for pick-up at the time we are given and it is consistently hot. The employees are friendly and professional. Thanks Orrville East of Chicago!!

SOoo disappointed in the Buffalo Chicken Salad. I’m sure I just had high expectations. The grilled chicken was wet, seemed more like boiled than grilled, it wasn’t even browned, the Buffalo sauce was too mild, kinda tasteless and the blue cheese dressin’ was runny, not any crumbles at all. $17 totally wasted. But the delivery driver, didn’t catch her name, was awesome…

Does the east of Chicago in orrville Ohio discriminate against out of state phone numbers calling tried 3 times on different evenings to order and nobody picks up the phone. I come up from Tennessee for vacation to see friends and family and I can’t get a east of Chicago pizza cause we don’t have one and I can’t cause evidently you don’t like money.
