When I called the young man I spoke to on the phone seemed very anxious to get off the phone. I started out with 2 subs and garlic bread he then gives me a total and asks me if its going to be cash or credit. I then told him I wasn’t done with my order he apologized and finally added the last thing and the sauce to my order. Then he gives me my total said it would be here when its get here and hangs up. Never even got to pay for my order. I then called them back same young man answers I tell him I never got to pay for my order, I then pay for it and he hangs up again. When my order arrived it did come nice and hot which is awesome however me and my fiance was unhappy with the subs. For the price of a 12 inch it could have been filled better then they are. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub when i took a bite of my sub it was mostly bread ranch and bacon. There was hardly any chicken or cheese on this sub. Couldn’t even eat the second part. I use to love East of Chicago Subs back in the day and I can say I’m very unhappy with my experience, and the portions we received for the price we paid. Just wasn’t the same like it was 7 years ago.

Got there a little after 5, and they didn’t have any food out on the buffet. The buffet hours are from 5-8. We waited until about 5:20 and they finally had some selection out. When we were leaving at 6 they had pretty much everything out. I’d say don’t go here for the buffet until 6 or even later. Otherwise you will be waiting for a while. The food is okay. My son wanted to go experience their buffet so that’s why we decided to go.

Ran out of pizza took over 20 minutes to refill the bar. When refill the number of people in the restaurant emptied it fast. Not worth the money for just a few slices of pie and a salad bar

Gave us subs from the buffet..not even what we ordered. Pretty obviously by the picture where the sub came from..not even a 12″ as ordered. Gave us $40 credit but then couldn’t find the credit when we arrived to get our order replaced a few days later. While waiting in store for my order to be finished people were coming in for the buffet that was closing 1 hr early at 7 when it’s advertised from 5 to 8 pm. They lost business from 13 people..

I order online half pepperoni half bacon and onion. I get my pizza there is onion on the whole thing. I call to let them know and he tells me hold on I’ll get the manager. The manager gets on the phone and tells me she made the pizza there isn’t onion on the whole pizza that it’s probably unmelted cheese. I told her it’s onion and she still wants to tell me I’m wrong. I can tell the difference between cheese and onions.

Picked up a pizza to go. Thick crust is good and overall pizza was tasty. Extra sauce didn’t quite cover the whole pizza, but where it was thick it was really good.
