Some of the best pizza I’ve eaten in a very long time. I’m from Alabama and I moved to ohio so I’m new and I accidentally ordered from a branch in a town 40 min from Medina and they still delivered my pizza to my house. That was so nice of them to still honor my order.

I ordered this pizza yesterday East of Chicago in Medina which is locally owned and it was absolutely delicious!!! The crust was a little crunchy and not too thick!!! I ordered this pizza with pepperoni, banana peppers, mushrooms and onions!!! It was fantastic!!! It smelled so good when I was driving home that I couldn’t wait to eat it!!! There’s also a variety of appetizers at East of Chicago like garlic bread and subs which are also very good. I love the veggie sub!! The service was also very good and my food was ready when I walked in to pick it up!!

Placed an order for 2 pizzas for delivery. Was told 45-1hr. Almost 1.5 hrs went by so I called. Was told they tried calling me (which they absolutely did not as all phones have caller ID and logs) and said they had the wrong street. Told me they would remake and send it out. I questioned it being closer to the end of the night and she said no problem. Never showed again. Never called. Unbelievable and thanks for letting a group of people go without during a power outage.

We order from here once a week and they have great pizza, but I’m giving them 5 stars for their fairness and service. We were on the island for a day last week. My 15 year old was home with my 9 year old. I left them pizza money. EOC delivered a wrong pizza. My daughter called and they told her she could have a credit. Now she has the wrong pizza and no money. I call from the island and explain the situation, and we no questions ask they deliver the right pizza to my daughter. I know this seems like they were just fixing a mistake, but they were kind, apologetic and friendly. Sadly that’s rare in todays service industry. I’ll be supporting them for years to come.

We have been ordering pizza from Chicago pizza located on North court street in Medina Ohio For over 25 years. I don’t know what has happened but the quality of their pizza has gone down Hill!!! We ordered a taco pizza with no sour cream and you couldn’t find the taco meat. The store gave us credit and then we ordered a Hawaiian pizza with about 4 or 5 pieces in the centre of pineapple and you couldn’t find the ham. Customers should be aware that they have cut way back on toppings that you pay good money for!!! We are done, there are way too many other pizza places that really really are fair with their toppings.
