I love east of Chicago subs! They are the best subs out of all the subs in Findlay!! They always have coupons that make it just a little cheaper than everywhere else. Plus, the delivery cost is cheaper than most places. I don’t usually order out from anywhere but East of Chicago. I love East of Chicago!!

Pickup/Order thru windows only is a little annoying. Pizza was overpriced for something that was just ok. I can buy from my local place for half the price and it is alot better. The person working was friendly so no issues there.

Man I tell you the best pizza i have ever been served.. crust and the sauce make one darn good pizza.. bowl customer service in the other hand not so great. There’s two young girls who take orders need to be educated on the reason for their job position and how that works.. without customers your way of earning a paycheck is no longer a possibility. And explained to the ladies customers do not like to be charged for 4 cups of any condiment and then send 2.

Ordered last friday in Ada, order wrong. Tonight in Bluffton, order wrong. Waited while they re-made it, after they offered %15 off to take the pizza I didnt order instead, laughable. Waited, and still didnt get everything I ordered. Officially lost a customer of 20+ years. Both establishments have placed customer service, quality, and any type of staff training to the way side.

I ordered a x large tower w/o mushrooms and brownie bites. I said to call me that I would be right outside. I waited 35 minutes and drove up to the window the pizza was ready and waiting. When I got home the pizza was loaded with mushrooms. I talked to tell them about it. They said the ticket didn’t show no mushrooms. I ask if it was my fault the ticket didn’t show no mushrooms. They hung up on me. My daughter in law called to tell them about the problem they hung up on her. She went up there to get the owner/manager phone number they gave her a wrong name. Won’t be going there again.

Just have to check your order before leaving. I got all the way home before I found out that my pizza wasn’t correct. I called right away and they made it right, it’s just the need to check before leaving. Otherwise food has always been fairly decent.
