Ordered food online. Money came off my card but I never recieved the food. Called twice at 3hrs and 4 1/2hrs and both times they said it was on the way. Never got it. Called the next day and they said it was delivered at 1600. Found out later on they delivered it to the wrong address. Talked to the managers and they kept saying one of my neighbors stole it. Ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. Absolutely a horrible experience. Don’t recommend this place at all. Managers are a joke.

Says they are 15 minutes away, got everything in about 2 hours when they said 1 hour. Pizza felt undercooked, cheese breadsticks weren’t that good, Buffalo chicken sub had so much liquid sauce and was gross.

Ordered 2 pizzas and some garlic bread. Took 3 and a half hours to get my order. When they got here they forgot one of my pizzas. I called and told them and they said it was going with the next car. It’s been 5 hours now and I still don’t have the pizza I ordered. I asked for a comp on the pizza and they refused. Called them again and they informed me the pizza I paid for went to the wrong house. They said they would refund the cost of the pizza. 2 weeks later and I still haven’t gotten that refund. I called and left messages on their answering machine asking for my refund. They’re fine with stealing my money even though I never received the pizza I paid for. Worst service in pizza history.
