Ordered a taco pizza, it barely had any toppings. We order taco pizza all the time and it has never looked like this. We called and were told that the gentleman we’re speaking with personally made it and there is nothing they could do because they know its fine. We called again and spoke with the manager who also told us she personally made it and this is how it always comes.

Horrible customer service, sent my mother there with my wife and said they were not friendly. Order hot wings they gave us plain. Sent my mom back up there to get her money back and they refunded her then charged the amount again so didn’t even get the refund. Just let it go cause I figured they are struggling and I can see why. First time I ordered wings from there they didn’t even mix the wings in the sauce, they put it on the side. Fair to say I will never order there again, just thought I would give them a second chance, very disappointed they ripped my mother off. Luckily for them I had to watch my son cause it wouldn’t have happen if I was there. My mom is a lot nicer than I am.

I ordered loaded nachos as an appetizer. It looked more like a taco salad. I had to dig through to find a chip. The cheese & sour cream were bottle squirted instead of a creamy sauce. The pizza looked good until you took a bite – all the cheese fell off & we were left with a sauce pizza. To top it off, we were over charged by $5. I told my boyfriend when he picked it up, to make sure they charged it correctly because they usually overcharge me, which of course they did.

Very good Chicago style pizza and their specialty pizza “Taco Pizza” is pretty good. I do minus the black olives but that’s obviously your choice. This location is locally owned and the owner has a location in Lodi as well. They are open until 10pm during the week which is nice. I love that they have pan pizza which is not available everywhere.

Ordered pizza and wings off of the current takeout menu they have. Prices are NOT accurate. When asked to honor the price or our coupon for the specialty pizza we were told prizes are higher and she walked away. Still providing menus with wrong prices. An order that should have been around $30 costed us $43.00. Outrageous and customer service was horrible. Usually we love this location but after this experience we will be rethinking our choices.

Hands down best pizza crust I’ve ever had. I tried every East of Chicago in Medina county. I know they all are supposed to have the same recipes. But definitely crust and sauce are just different won’t go anywhere else. Thanks for an great pizza and service in general was great to.
