Food and service is horrible!!!!!! Ordered a 10pc bone in all flats (which is a up charge) didn’t not receive all flats. The sweet tea is nasty. The wings smelled like they had been sitting out before cooking. Just don’t waste your time and money!!!!!!!!

I had doordash deliver lunch yesterday. The pretzel bites did not have the beer cheese with it, and the boneless wings were missing the carrots and celery. My friends bacon cheeseburger was overcooked, dry, & tasted like “a filthy grill”. I got a garden salad and none of the lettuce was washed. It still had dirt on it. I wish I had noticed that before I took a bite because it tasted like 20 different hands, 2 semi-trucks, horrifically filthy lettuce crates, and lord only knows what else. Not to mention there are parasites in the soil and are a danger in regards to produce. Flukes are not something you want to become infected with. A restaurant that doesn’t wash their produce should be shut down. I can only imagine how the handle the chicken and everything else. The place must be absolutely disgusting.

My bone-in wings were pretty good, but I ordered some boneless wings to take home. I nearly broke my tooth they were so hard! I brought them back and the manager was kind enough to exchange them. Or so she said. She went to the back and spun right back around saying how fresh these this new batch of wings are. Insisted i try them to ensure they were right. For them to be equally hard.Covered in bbq sauce and were probably the same wings warmed up! Harder stones than before the breading was so over cooked it couldn’t have been enjoyed.

The macaroni and cheese with sirloin was terrible. I could’ve made better at home with generic stuff! The tea was excellent. The fries with cheese and bacon good, too. But those 2 entrées my sister and I had were not worth selling them to us! Service was great, tho!

UNLESS MANAGEMENT CHANGES STAY AWAY Two women, one who identified herself as the general manager, although I’ve never known a GM to work at 10p, but ok. At 9:50p it’s dead inside, there are diners coming in, one of which I assume called ahead with 20. All you can hear is both women going on about how they close at 11p and stop taking orders at 10:30p to leave by 11p, and you said there was 20 in your party and there’s almost 40 here. Mind you we all came separately. Now you would think, it’s a Friday night and your dead, this is an opportunity to make money, but these women literally turned away 2 adults and 2 young children because they said the party “had hit their limit”. Half the peoples orders weren’t even taken at that point, and you can see several employees hanging out in the front and the kitchen. I ordered chicken AVOCADO flatbread and when I got it there was a sprinkle of Avocado on it, so I asked if I could have more Avocado as was pictured on the menu. The “GM”came over and told me that was the portion size stated in the menu? And when I said the picture had more Avocado and I had a third of the flatbread without any Avocado, she said, “it’s like McDonalds, it’s not going to look like the picture”. Then the cook, I’m assuming, comes out and says that’s a whole Avocado, when everyone at my table said, yeah no that isn’t, he says it’s a half, and again we said no that is not. Based off the simple fact that this women refused to give me what would have equated to less than .50 cents of more Avocado, I told her I did not want the flatbread as that is why I ordered it for the Avocado. She happily took it back and lost out on a food sale, over a few dimes worth of Avocado. Whomever owns this establishment has to be struggling financially with employees like these two women. I was an out of town visitors so I get that my expectations may be above Kinston standards, but how can you hope to prosper and grow allowing people like your “GM” to operate your business in that way.

I ordered online which went smoothly through pickup. My issue is their boneless chicken wings were as big as chicken nuggets and some were smaller! For $12 I expected my ten boneless wings to at least be as big as a ten piece from McDonald’s. Breading and flavor (some garlic dry rub) on wings were mid as well. Nothing special. Buffalo chicken dip was filled about a centimeter high in the takeout pan. Lasted us about four bites each. Everything was just straight up mid (not good). The only thing that was good was the cookie and ice cream dessert skillet. Two stars because of how easy it was to order pickup online that’s about it though.

Our waitress was wonderful. She had a beautiful flower in her hair. They were busy with two large parties and we came from work. She wasn’t able to give us a lot of service to which was not her fault. She apologized, which wasn’t needed. Will come back.
