I will start by saying I know the hospitality industry is struggling with staffing issues etc and that is part of the issue here. However, this restaurant consistently has service issues on Friday and Saturday nights. When ordering to go they always say 20 minutes to pickup your order but it took a total of an hour so I sat there for 30 minutes after giving them an additional 10 minutes on top of their estimate before arriving. During my wait time I listened to the hostess tell 6 or 7 parties totaling around 40 or so people that the kitchen was backed up and it would be 30-45 minutes after being sat to get food. They all walked out right away or after taking a couple minutes to think on it. A restaurant that is managed this way will not be in business for very long which is a shame because the food is usually good. They are literally turning people away on the busiest nights of the week. Again I get that everyone is short staffed but this has gone on for months. At this point it’s time to decide if you want to be in business or not. Hopefully they can get things turned around for those of us that find it a great place to get good food that is convenient for People living in Waxhaw when service matches the product. Also when to go orders are placed under promise and over deliver. Don’t say 20 minutes, have me pay at 30 minutes then ask me to wait another 30 minutes.

A good place to go for a dinner with friends or family. The service is ok, only they served us a salad without fork, but in rest this shop is ok. Wings with garlic & parmesan are good.

This place is really awesome….consistently! The service is quick and their servers are on the ball. Especially Chris! He took great care of us and didn’t waste time, like a lot of other places. There food is great and it makes for an overall excellent experience. Thank you!

Unfortunately, it appeared they were understaffed. Waited 5 minutes for the hostess to get off the phone to be seated. Waited just as long if not longer to place drinks & appetizers order then another 5-10 min to receive drinks. 40 minutes to get food & appetizer practically together, & even near by tables were communiting how long they had been waiting too. There was no one to bus the tables so you almost wanted to clean up the tables yourself. Waiter was friendly, but communicating the reason for the delay & apologizing would have been valued. Food & temperature was satisfactory. Probably will be a while before we give this one another try due to the wait & having small children.

I ordered a Classic Cheeseburger with onion rings and celery sticks on the side. Very good. All of it. Ordering is always quick and easy on their website. All I had to do was walk in and grab my food to enjoy, which I did. Nice staff. Good food. What’s not to like?

So this place used to be wonderful. They still have the best ranch that I think I’ve ever tasted at any restaurant around. But in the past year the quality of food has just gone down either that or person who is in charge of Quality checking the food before it gets to the customers does not have high enough standards. The sad part is my standards aren’t like super super high To begin with because I get how being in a restaurant can be. But look at this, this is what we got for our kids in their kids meal… Macaroni and cheese that the cheese wasn’t melted in the macaroni was literally hard and places and burnt sweet Potato waffle fries… Ridiculous

Love this place for beer and sports. Sometimes the food is disappointing. I had to say something as this was the Onion Ring appetizer. $1 an onion ring…….they brought me more when I complained but come on ECW, this is not acceptable.
