Our cousins wanted to go for dinner and really like East Coast Wings. I’ve never been, but I love wings. It was definitely different how you order the wings, but kinda cool too. You pick a flavor you want on your wings. Then you look at the hot meter and tell them the amount of heat you want for that flavor. Even though a sauce may be under Fusion and not seem like it would be hot, you can make it hot. I would say the wings are med to small size versus jumbo. Decent amount of meat on them. Sauce flavors were good… garlic parmesan, Mango habanero, and jersey. We got mozzarella sticks, which are fairly big and really good. The marinara that comes with it has a touch of smokey flavor. The service was fantastic! Gabrielle took such good care of us and made sure our water glasses were full. The manager on duty even came over to check on us. We really enjoyed our experience.

I stopped by here at 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon in a party of 4. We were sat promptly. A waitress came over about a minute after we were seated. She, unfortunately, didn’t introduce herself, which is a pet peeve of mine.

Delicious meal! Quick service! Best wings in town. The wings are really delicious, with so many various flavors to select from. The servers are very nice and professional! I’ve never had a problem with both dining in and take-out service. I’m always happy with the food and service. I wholeheartedly recommend east coast wings + grill! The cuisine is without a doubt the best.

Walked and was greeted kinda, lady sat me, I ordered the Buffalo tater tot appetizer. I got it very directly however, the tater tots were soggy from the Buffalo sauce. I was so hungry I ate them anyway. I never seen my waitress again until I lost my patience. My mouth was kinda hot yet I still had nothing to drink. She finally came and I asked for my bill. She filled my tea glass, went to get me my bill and that was that. I really wanted some wings. Yet, I never really got a chance. I just walked across the hallway to La Cocina Mexican Restaurant and I finished my lunch. It’s sad. If you’ll pay attention to the pics, you’ll see east coast then you’ll see La Cocina. I’ll NEVER be back. Tried it when they opened, tried it several years later then today. Place is just unworthy.

They need to hire/train better servers. The point of a server is to serve. Gabby I would unfortunately not recommend. We had to ask several times to get a refill. We ordered bottomless chips and she brought one basket with the meal then gave us our check. I asked for lemon in my water and got a tiny lemon peel added that was smaller than my finger nail. They brought 4 ranches for the chips, the salad, the kid wings, and all 25 wings. The carrots and celery never made it to the table. She never came back to split the check so we waited at the front desk and ultimately another server gave us our to go boxes and split our check. HORRIBLE SERVICE. The food was good.

This place is way better than Buffalo Wild Wings. The food tastes better and things taste like they are done from Scratch. The service can be slower at times but it’s covid and staff is short. The wing sauces all allow you to choose a level of heat and don’t go to hot if you can’t handle it. I like hot foods and I don’t think I could do an entire plate of insanity wings. The ranch is great and they give you plenty of it.

Very hot wings! East Coast Wings & Grill has some of the hottest wings I’ve ever had. I chose to go with the Volcanic hotness across 3 different flavors: Buffalo, Korean BBQ and Sweet & Bold BBQ. Volcanic is 3rd hottest and it is incredibly spicy! I would rate this up there with other competitors hottest level offered.

Not impressed…. Walked in, was seated immediately (was not busy on Sat at 1pm)… 20 min later after 3 servers walked by with no acknowledgement of us being there…. We decided to walk out… At least the greeter was nice. Sadly, there was maybe 4 or 5 tables and people at the bar….otherwise it was pretty empty
