I am so disappointed with my food. I got a grilled chicken wrap and it was so salty with every bite that I could not even finish half. My mac and cheese was okay. The top was not even melted. It was a waste of 18 dollars. So disappointed.

Food was delicious. But… Service was absolutely horrible!!! I called earlier in the afternoon placing a timed order to be picked up at 6. When I got there, there was no one up front to greet me. I had to call to let somebody know I was there after waiting a few minutes. When I gave them my name, they said there was no order under that name nor an order in their system of what I asked for. I was told by the manager that if I wanted to pay for my food, they would be more than willing to make my order. Excuse me , of course I would be willing to pay for my food. The manager walked to the back once again to see if he could find my order by chance and while walking away from me he rudely says Jesus Christ and mumbles some other stuff that I couldn’t understand. He then asks me if I had a timed order for 6 and I told him yes. Mind you I had already told them I placed the order for 6 & what the order was. Now he’s found it. So long story short I get argued with that there is no order when there was, I get insulted & the young girl with the long black hair was so rude she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences while arguing with me & rolling her eyes. After all that, the rude manager finally apologizes saying sorry for the mix up. I’m a manager for a different food chain. If that girl with the black hair was my employee, I would fire her for speaking to one of my customers the way she spoke to me. I love the wings from East Coast, but I will never be coming back to this location.

Not sure what happened because this location used to put out good food..but last order was all around disappointing. Wings were tiny, dry and overdone…beer cheese had the consistency of toothpaste and was cold…pretzel bites were like rocks and burnt. Won’t be ordering from here again.

The salad I ordered was delicious, grilled chicken was awesome! The portion was enough for 2 meals. Service was great, drinks refilled as needed, all staff was friendly and food was affordable.

Visited Winston-Salem for the first time and someone recommended East Coast Wings. Staff was friendly. Place was clean. I ordered the 10 piece bone-in Ranch and Bacon wings (medium it had a nice kick). My partner ordered the boneless dry rub Parmesan Garlic wings. Very tasty. Food was hot. Service was excellent. I will definitely return when I visit again.

The waiter’s are very nice and the bartender is amazing!!! But the order wasn’t nearly accurate. I ordered a Philly with the works, I didn’t even get cheese on the Philly, probably should have said double meat for the portion, and didn’t get the lettuce and tom for what the works, though it says on their menu. No repeat for me… But customer service was ok… Just not the food I ordered… Fix the back of the house… Chef to Chef. Care about your food..

This is probably the best food I’ve had from this restaurant ever. It was hot and the wings were extra wet and extra crispy like I asked. I don’t usually have high hopes when ordering here but it was actually really good this time. (Grand cayman wings, medium mixed with lemon pepper dry rub wings, loaded tots)

Oh the food was sooo good, the wings were meaty, the drinks were unlimited, the loaded nachos were plentiful, and the staff were well rounded!!! The overall 4-star is only because they ran out of my preferred wing sauce, which was the honey based lemon pepper.. the our server’s suggestion was an excellent choice as well. I would visit each time I am in the Winston-Salem area.
