I was really excited to give this place a try, but it definitely fell short. For two baked potatoes and two salads without meat, the price is way too high. But had the quality been there it wouldn’t have been as disappointing. The baked potatoes were not fresh at all. They were burnt on the edges and looked as of they had been sitting for hours. I couldn’t even eat much of mine because it didn’t taste good. The tomatoes in the salad were not fresh either. Sad because we are big fans of salads and baked potatoes!

The food here was amazing. I got the citadel and boy it was delicious. My grandma got the cranberry turkey croissant and she said it was excellent. The people here were wonderful. I can’t wait to visit again

Good place for a wide selection of sandwiches and nice indoor and outdoor seating. Nice and layed back. Sandwiches are overall good and some have good flavor. Others not so much. But overall good. Can’t go wrong with the cold cut sandwiches, Cuban and rubin. These I found to have good flavor and healthy amount of meat. The Charleston cheese steak sandwich lacks good flavor and the melted cheese doesn’t add much.

After waiting 50 minutes, a teenage boy working asked for our name to checj the order. He then didnt report back until we asked again. At this point, he stated there was no order under our name. I get your busy but losing orders and making people wait for an hour with no a.c. seems wild.

Their French Dip is awesome. Love this deli compared to McAllisters. However, the Au jus could be a little zesty-er.. But, never a disappoint at East Bay deli. Wife always enjoys the salad bar. She wants ya to bring back the Mac salad. Friendly staff that actually smile, imagine that!

Just picked up our first take out from east bay deli and tipped 20% because we felt bad for the restaurant industry during this carona virus . I was starving and couldn’t wait to get home to eat my Philly sandwich… unfortunately it was all bread with maybe 2 bites of actual meat . And somehow there was onion and peppers in those 2 small bites also . This was definitely not a 10 dollar sandwich that they are charging.. i will never be going back and I hope this stops others from making the same mistake I did . Subway gives more meat in there sandwiches and they cost less . This sandwich was laughable.
