We LOVE Dutch’s. We eat here every Saturday morning and have not had 1 bad experience. Their bread is made in house and during the summer they bring in fresh produce from around the local area. Their blueberry jam is amazing I get it every time to put on my bagel. Their pastries are also made in house. The blueberry muffin is a staple and they feature 2 donuts every weekend that rotate flavors. I have not had the same donut twice since July. It does get pretty hot in the summer time in there but a lot of places around Portland don’t have A/C. We will be moving soon and we’ll definitely miss this place! Definitely try this place. Also, if you come at 10 or after be prepared for a line out the door. It can sometimes take up to a half hour to get to the front counter where you place your order. Enjoy!

Really cool spot! Food was delicious and the staff were all very friendly. Spicy chicken biscuit hit the spot! Didn’t have room for the pastries but they all looked amazing

Truly the best places to get breakfast in Portland and one of my favorite places in the whole World! I love this place and the vibe of the restaurant is truly unique.

Went for breakfast and got very tasty bloody Mary’s and antioxidant screwdrivers. The food is very tasty. The biscuits have a slightly sweet taste that goes along with the savory foods. Overall experience was amazing. Oh and hashbrowns are perfect! Never had any like that! Good job.

It’s going to sound like hyperbole, but this was absolutely the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had (and I’m a breakfast restaurant junkie). We ordered a bagel sandwich and biscuit sandwich, as well as some of their pastries, and coffees. They had a few add-on styles on their menu that weren’t explained anywhere, I’d suggest they explain what the add-ons mean. Coffees were made immediately, and food was brought to our table within minutes. The biscuit looked to be made in-house, not sure about the bagel, but both were incredible. They weren’t greasy, and the ingredients weren’t sliding out like a typical breakfast sandwich. My wife and I were astounded at how good they were, the cheese in particular was flavorful. We loved it so much we went twice!

I have been coming to Dutch’s for several years now, and I cannot recommend it enough. The food is consistently fantastic, with interesting specials that make it a fresh experience often enough even as a long time regular. But beyond the incredible food, I simply can’t express how appreciative I am of the service. Everyone working there treats me with nothing but the utmost kindness and respect, no matter my mood, and even after I changed my name, they made sure to communicate amongst themselves to make sure no one ever got it wrong – something I did not explicitly ask for nor expect at the time.

My son has been raving about this place for two years. We finally went in and had a wonderful meal. Unique, savory and sweet breakfast creations abound at this truly one of a kind place. The staff was warm and welcoming. You will not be disappointed.

Originally I was forced to Miss Portland, but fortunately, their service was slow/understaffed and the line/wait was too long; it forced us to find another accommodation. My brilliant hipster wannabe friend stumbled upon Dutch’s on google reviews, and it was the best thing to happen to us all day.

The food was very good here. The cooks work very hard and the staff know their stuff! I really enjoyed my visit. The restaurant was not very clean, with most tables being dirty and it seemed they were out of stock of pastries, but to be fair I got there at 12:30. It was pretty empty, but they must have just had a rush.

Much nicer than the pictures here show. Has a cool diner vibe with a mountain/outdoor theme. Much better than your average diner quality food though. Coffee is just drip/pot coffee, so grab a coffee somewhere else if you’re after a nice espresso.
