Asked for half sweet golden eagle and light Caramel they always make it wrong they never look at the order screen to see what the costumer ordered and still charge me for the soft top or the extra shot when they didn’t put it into the coffee and argue with me that it’s made right I want coffee not sweeten milk I have had to return my drinks so many times and they still don’t get it right I never have this problem with the Dutch bros in Yakima just here in sunnyside the baristas here do not know how to make coffee they need new workers or they need to be retrained on how to make drinks

I am changing my review because this place is AWFUL for wait time lately, and it isn’t because of lack of workers. Three times in a row, I waited several minutes in line, and there were only a few cars ahead of me. A few days ago, myself and two other cars left the line before our orders were even taken. One of the times I was in line for almost 15 minutes before I got to the window.

I love my dutch bros but there is a very rude girl that is very unprofessional didn’t even acknowledge me or greet me. When my drink was being handed to me she didn’t let me know my drink was ready and when giving me my order she looked away and didn’t hand it to me in a reaching matter, when taking my order she stood there without greeting me! This girl I believe has curly hair and I believe she is new to the crew
