Honest Thoughts
So, the drinks are great. The issue is you don’t have enough people working here or that the people you do have are slow. Some nights when there isn’t a line I get my drink in less than 2 minutes. Other times like today there’s 12 cars in the line and it takes 20 minutes or I leave. I would suggest going in on every shift and watch them work to see who isn’t working or just pay your people more to care

As I was passing by the Green Dutch Brothers location, I decided to treat my daughter and her friend with some cool drinks for the awesome job they did around the house while I was at work. There was only a couple cars ahead of us so it shouldn’t take very long. That was a mistake and I should have known that was a mistake because this Dutch Bros is notorious for slow service. We waited approx 20-25 minutes to order and get our 2 drinks. Thats unacceptable especially on a hot summer afternoon. I don’t know if someone called out sick or something but a manager should have been in there ASAP if that was the case. It took over 20 minutes for someone to come outside with an IPad to get the orders expedited. The line had already grown at least 10 deep. The 2 employees I saw were apologetic and were doing their best. Bottom line is that this location needs to step up its game and challenge themselves to get customers through the line as quickly as possible. Roseburg locations and other cities have got this down. This location does not.

I like sweet drinks, so I like duch bros coffee. Other people complain that duch coffee doesn’t taste like coffee and that’s its too sweet, too sour, or tastes like dirt, but I Love it!

Go someone that’s spends over $300 months, this locations is the slowest and worst location. Sunday 8/6 , 1:40 pm the entire window crew was rude. Too bad no corporate contact to complain. The rudeness was with reporting!

Pulled in with 4 cars ahead of me. This was not new or unreasonable. But after 20+minutes and only 4 drinks coming out the window to the first 2 cars and still having 2 more cars in front of me I pulled out of line. Then hoping if I were to walk up to the other window things would be better there, they were not.

This Dutch is farther away from I5 then we thought. Cute stand however on one window. Service was not up to Dutch Bros standards. Service was slow, even with a line they did not bring out a runner. Once at the window there was 3 people just standing around talking.

Staff is always friendly and eager to help they never act like they’re being inconvenience to wait on you which I find very refreshing these days not a big coffee drinker but I do go there for the customer service and they do have a large variety of drinks that are not coffee but very refreshing
