First time at Dutch Bros. Did not know what to expect. I just wanted coffee (iced latte). The service is way better than my expected. The young lady answered all of our questions patiently and give us lots of suggestions.

There are only TWO other places in Catson City where I would ever consider buying my coffee. And they are both Dutch Brothers. The EXACT same perfect coffee and perfect service are available at all three locations. My satisfaction level here is 100%. There is no better place to purchase coffee and coffee-based drinks. Stopped by on my way to the lake. The girl that takes my order isn’t afraid to let me feel as if I’m bothering her by being there. As I’m waiting for my coffee I hear her bad mouthing me to another employee. I see her put something in to my coffee that isn’t supposed to be in there (if you know what I mean) then shoves my drink in to my hand. Very disappointed. I actually am sick to my stomach

First time at Dutch Bros. Did not know what to expect. I just wanted a coffee. But nothing on their menu resembled coffee. I ordered the Golden Eagle. The drink came very hot and the cup they gave had no protective heat sleeve. So I had to wait until the beverage cooled down a bit before drinking just to be able to hold it. The Golden Eagle tasted good. I think due to it being made up of nothing sugar type ingredients, is the reason I was able to “wake up” this morning. But I do not believe that there was coffee in what I thought was a coffee.

Great place with upbeat workers. If I’m having a bad day and I go there I’m usually a little bit better once I leave. Their workers you’re just so upbeat and happy and love what they do. You don’t find that very often anymore. Also they have sooo many different drinks and they are cheap. Its amazing. I get theres sodas a lot of the time. I cant get enough.
