We Absolutely LOVE Dutch Bros!! Any city we go to we always get Coffee here…and not just 1 or 2 or 3 cups… usually FIVE!! YEP! ADDICTS! HA! LOVE IT! I know Dutch Bros trains their employees to be friendly but these young people go above and beyond! Every day I go there they make me feel welcome. I love seeing my little friends there. They make this old lady I’m grateful for all of them and the great iced coffee they make for me, just the way I like it. They all deserve a big raise!!

This was the first time I’ve been to Dutch Bros and when I told them they said I could have my first drink on the house! I thought that was just so awesome. I got the palm tree lemonade and it was so delicious! Plus it was their free sticker day. Loved it and I’ll definitely be coming back!

First time to Dutch brothers, Carter was outside, taking orders, and he was very upbeat, friendly, and informational. I felt very welcomed, and there was no pressure, knowing what was on the menu because Carter was able to help me pick something that I really wanted, and it was delicious. I will tell all my friends and family to visit this one because the customer service was wonderful.

I went to Dutch Bros in Payson for a pick me up in the afternoon and was greeted by Owen! He was super nice and friendly. Answered a couple questions I had and even chatted about my pig. When I pulled up to the window I was greeted by Summer who also was friendly and chatted me up about my pig. It was an all around great experience and my drink that was made by Taylor was absolutely perfect. Just what I needed! I love stopping by this location and always being created with a smile. I came to this Dutch bros on a very cold and windy day, it was SO busy and the workers were outside taking orders and I felt SOOOOOO bad for them, but they took our orders with smiles on their faces and were insanely kind!! The guy who took our order even took the time to chat with us about our day even though it was freezing. 10/10 on your employees Dutch bros I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shoutout and tell you he deserves a raise. I would drive an hour just to go to this Dutch bros again because of their amazing service.

I always enjoy going to Payson Dutch Bros! They have the best employees! Jack always remembers my order (White Angel Freeze with soft top and whipped cream!) and I love how friendly Ashley, Hyrum, and Jaron are! I have been to a few other DB’s and they are not near as pleasant and friendly as Payson!
