For anyone who’s left a poor review, it seems they are usually unhappy with long wait times or the price. It’s pretty simple, they don’t take reservations, so plan accordingly. And inflation has made everything gone crazy.

Lobster roll is the highlight of the menu (Next to the lobster salad which can feed at least 3-4 individuals easily). Lobster meat was fresh , buttery, and had a nice citrus taste and rolls were complimentary (soft and not greasy). Coleslaw wasn’t overly dressed. Sweet potato were standard and seemed unseasoned (no salt, etc). No reservations accepted- come in early If you want to get a table on the deck. Plan to wait at least an hour and half if you do want a table inside. There is a “carry out” or “to go” option around the corner in the store that looks like a coffeehouse towards the south which provides the same food but quicker. There’s a quiet seating area across the parking lot near the lake which can get you away from the inside seating era but still feel “attached” to the restaurant. The waiters were super friendly and gave options to sub items in place of certain sides (IE. Fries instead of sweet potato chips).

Such a great environment for a lunch or early dinner! Food was very delicious, cooked to our liking and just over all great quality. They did forget our French fries but it was okay, we were so full we didn’t even mention it. Wine was also very good. Would recommend. Staff also very friendly!

Nothing beats that sunset view. It got cold and windy, but there were blankets available to borrow. The food was very tasty, but indeed expensive so keep that in mind. Definitely make sure you are there for sunset! And absolutely order the french fries — a surprise favorite part.

A great place to relax and have good food. Its a little isolated but still not far from the center of town. Great views and fresh food.

I really enjoyed lunch there. This place has a strong Ibiza vibe. The food was great and perfect for sharing. The lobster roll was outstanding with a generous serving of lobster meat and I couldn’t stop eating the home made sweet potato chips that came with it. It is supposed to be a great spot for sunset but it is usually very packed at that time.

Outstanding setting, excellent service and meal. Lobster cob salad was over the top good with a hint of taragon-the calamari, perfectly cooked and addictive!

Gorgeous spot on the water, fresh seafood dishes, beautiful people and a little bit of a Hamptons scene. Yes, the food is overpriced, but so is every restaurant in the Hamptons – this is no exception. So know going in that you will be spending a good amount of money for your meal. Another important thing to keep in mind: They are not considered a “full service restaurant”, but a “fish market” sort of business – therefore you will have to go and order/pay for your food at the booth, and then they will bring the food to your table. Don’t expect fine dining service because that is NOT what they are about (even though the prices might make you think otherwise LOL). As long as you go in with these expectations, I guarantee you’ll have a great experience. Lastly, if you are a fan of lobster, their Lobster Cobb Salad is a MUST!
