We got off a morning flight yesterday and ordered a tall coffee with 2 small decaf lattes. My husband got his order but continued to wait for the lattes. The cashier asked if we were waiting for something so we reminded her about the lattes. When we got them, I had to remind her again that one was supposed to have caramel. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the staff yesterday morning were not paying attention and provided awful service.

I was there November 9 around 2:30pm and i ordered an ice cream cone and instead of the young girl handing me my ice cream cone she sat it on the counter… HOW DISRESPECTFUL!!! There’s a Virus that killing people left and right and she had the NERVE to sit my cone on the counter!!!i UNACCEPTABLE!! GIVE THOSE young girls training in DIVERSITY… I know exactly why she did it!!!

8am on a Monday and the place is still closed, the girls have attitudes as if they rather stayed home in which they sure have. I seen at least 10 people walk up to the half closed gate looking confused as to why they aren’t fully opened.
