I’ve given this Dunkin countless of opportunities and I am always left disappointed. The matcha always tastes like water, the hash browns are burnt, and today was the last straw when my iced cappuccino was filled so poorly. I don’t know how someone looks at it and thinks “yeah that’s fine.” Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Save yourself some time and drive elsewhere.

I’m so sad. I’m a Dunkin girl all the way but EVERY time i come here the overall experience is bad. I asked for 1/2 a swirl in my drink today twice because the screen kept reading wrong and when i got my drink it was still made with 2. Also this is the second time I order and avocado toast (my favorite item) and the bread is untoasted? And the avocado is old. I’ve also been inside here and was completely ignored for like 5 minutes. I’m going to have to stop coming to this location. ☹️

This Dunkin routinely has the worst service of any Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Was excited to have one nearby when it opened but after months of giving them a chance I’ve had enough. The service is always incredibly slow, food and drinks are consistently made incorrectly, and the manager doesn’t seem to care at all (he emailed us after a terrible visit). Absolutely unbelievable that corporate and the franchisor haven’t addressed this already. It’s worth it to drive to a different store.

Stood at the register for at least 10 minutes before I just left. Was not even acknowledged until a couple minutes before I decided to leave, and that was just to say that she would be with me in a few minutes. It did not appear that they had a cashier for the front counter as the female who finally addressed me was wearing a headset and working drive through, the other two females in the front area were just back and forth going drive through orders. I understand being busy, but not even acknowledging customers at the counter or attempting to take an order is bad business.

I absolutely love that there is a Dunkin in my area, however no matter if I order ahead 5 min or 30min my order is never ready to go. The staff never acknowledged my entrance or even my presence when I was standing there waiting for my coffee. I ordered my online order at 9:30am and got to the store at about 9:41am and left at 9:52am doesn’t seem like a lot but when it’s ordered ahead i feel it should be ready and at the very least the staff should acknowledge you when you are there.

We were very excited to have a Dunkin minutes from home, but unfortunately we’ve been very disappointed after several purchases. My bagel sandwich was so badly burnt that I couldn’t eat it, and I went through the drive thru so I didn’t realize it until I was already at work. Needless to say I went without breakfast that day. On my second attempt I bought a dozen assorted donuts for my family, and what they gave me via the drive thru was a disheartening mess. Donuts without frosting, with paper stick to turn, and others full of various types of frosting from other donuts. You would’ve thought I squashed them with the lid they were so bad but as you can see on the picture I didn’t fo that. I asked the young lady for a replacement and not only was I not given an apology but I had to get off my car and go inside and ask for the replacement donuts once more because I had already waited more than 10 minutes outside for them. Again these all trips via the drive thru. When I told them I’d been waiting outside for replacement donuts the manager looked at me, and said nothing. You would think as a leader of her team she’d have customer service excellence.

Placed a mobile order last night for a dozen donuts, munchkins and a drink. They got 11 out of 12 donuts wrong. They were all hard as a rock either way and they didn’t have a single munchkin. Drink was fine. You’d think with the time it takes to place a mobile order and drive all the way over to get it they’d have more than enough time to prepare the order but nope Also if you’re going to be open 24 hrs that doesn’t mean you can serve 24hr old donuts. I’ve called 5 times from the time we got home and attempted to eat our order till 3 pm the next day and no one answers. No one returns the call and they have no answering machine. Won’t be returning!

Went to the drive-thru to get donuts. We ordered chocolate glaze and got chocolate donuts. The donuts are hard and stale. It was my first time going to a dunkin’ Donuts, and it was a horrible experience. I will never go there again. I’ll just stick to crispy cream.
