Order got messed up as they served us a bagel w/ cream cheese and not on the side as we asked. Once we got what we wanted they almost forgot the second drink. Small hot chocolate was pure chocolate water. Please do better.

Staff is nice and the wait time is explainable considering all businesses are short staffed right now but my main concern is that every single time I come here my wife and is food tastes strangely like chemicals. It’s only food that goes in a toaster/oven like the bagels and sandwiches. I’m wondering if maybe it’s the cleaner residue but it’s disturbing lol

99% of the time are out of popular items. The person taking my order takes 5 min just to take my order then still manages to mess it up. I order the same coffee every time, every time it tastes different. Then the workers wanna have an attitude, you can’t have an attitude and be bad at your job; pick one. Please hire better workers.

I don’t even know where to start. Go ahead and plan on something not working when you go here. The menu never works, they either only take app or cash, and they are just closed randomly. They have been out of Large cups, like what? Worker handed me a flimsy drink carrier and all my drinks tipped and spilled. Also have seen my drink ready through the window and the lady was flirting with a marine. All for shooting your game but give me my drink so you’re not wasting my time. For being on base, do better!

1. Every other day there is an issue with this place! I have now bought 2 coffees on the mobile app and then show up and the store is closed due to “short staffed”. I get it, you’re short staffed, so SHUT OFF your mobile order feature when you’re closed!

Something is always messed up! Drive thru closed, not taking orders in lobby, card reader not working, or they just completely mess up your order. Hands down the worst Dunkin I have visited. Like seriously, who doesn’t take an in person order in the lobby?

When I ordered my sandwich and drink she forgot to add my sandwich so I had two separate orders. When I got to the window the guy was completely lost on what I ordered. The female brought my sandwich to the guy taking my money and he put it down in front of the cash register, once the drawer opened my sandwich fell on the floor. He told the guy that made my sandwich what had happened and the guy that made the sandwich said it’s ok, it didn’t come out of the box right in front of me. Then they tried giving me it, I told him I wanted a new sandwich. I paid 6 dollars for that sandwich not for it to fall on the floor because someone was careless. Once I waited for a new one to be made and received it he tried sending me on my way forgetting to get me my drink. Once I received my drink and left I realized it was an original macchiato which I asked for a mocha macchiato twice. The female that took my order asked me what flavor I wanted added to it and I told her mocha. The first time I told her was when she asked me what I wanted to order. Horrible and disgusting.

Went in to order, was told by another customer that they were only doing mobile orders, or drive thru. Staff didn’t even acknowledge me or the other customers that walked in or have a sign up saying anything. Very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t even end up going through drive thru because line was over 10 cars backed up.
