Loving Dunkin but this visit was different. In the drive-thru they (an employee) wouldn’t let ups use two different Dunkin apps when we were planning to pay separately in the drive-thru. We had never had that issue until last Friday. We had to park and walk into the Dunkin as they suggested. Boo!

This location is terrible ! If you have to be somewhere fast, don’t order here. It took over 30 minutes for me to receive a simple order and I wasn’t the only one. There was only 2 people working, with about 30+orders (some people’s orders not going through using the app). The employees don’t even acknowledge you with a greeting when entering or a thank you for waiting. Won’t be returning.

Went for some coffee and there was a long line due to the slowness of the employees, this was due to the location being a training location. Unfortunately they forgot one of my drinks that I ordered and after arguing for a few minutes with one employee they finally made said drink. Overall the donuts and the drinks were delicious and the location is clean but the customer service definitely needs some work.

Came here with my sisters (16 & 11) and ordered through the mobile app. They both had to use the restroom and the white male employee with a face full of acne tells them no because they didn’t buy anything. The 16 year old says we have a mobile order. He says sarcastically and doubtfully “a mobile order.” My sisters walk away and tell me. I then approached him and tell him I created a mobile order before we came. I even gave him the order number he then says okay and makes them wait to use the restroom. I hate how this location treats customers of color compared to Hispanic and white customers. It’s very disgusting. Who’s hiring these employees

My husband and I chose to order on the mobile app and used the drive-through feature. Upon arriving at the drive through they asked us to wait at the exit, blocking cars to exit. Turning back into the lot is not possible because it dumps us on to a one way street with no U-Turn.

If you want to be ignored by employees and rushed when ordering this is the place for you. No napkins are given with your food ever. The restroom was out of tissue and seat covers so I had to wipe with paper towels (Ouch) They say third times a charm. unfortunately, that doesn’t apply to this place. I’ll stick to what I know. Starbucks it is.

Horrible staff. Like, come on Dunkin! The staff is by far the worst. The drinks are awful the donuts are always hard its just out of line. The staff needs to go. Hire poeple that 2ant to work and make good coffee. They are rude, inefficient, and don’t know how to make a coffee.
