This location is particular is very friendly and sweet. Even though there’s no dine in area and you order from a kiosk, you still feel welcome by the attentive staff. One time I ordered their Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk and 2 pumps of blueberry syrup. It was amazing! I also recommend their Pumpkin Cold Brew and Crossiant breakfast sandwiches.

Everything is very clean and fresh looking. The minimalist look is very cool. And the food was good too. Drinks were were wonderful. Thank you to the staff. Love the Dungeness radio, much better than other business “radio”!

I don’t know what they were thinking about with that redecoration, but you feel like you walked into a Dr’s office to an insane asylum. And if you have a question about anything, stay take forever to realize you’re there even if you say excuse me. It’s not worth your time. You’ll just be late to wherever you’re going.

A lot of people believe that the Coffee Coolatta is gone. It is not. Order a frozen coffee, with whatever flavor shots you want and/or whipped cream on top, and you’ve got your Coffee Coolatta again

Couple jerks working there today. And why does the iced latte taste totally different everytime? Some days its pretty good, some days it taste like hell. Get these people some training on their job and some communication skills wouldn’t hurt. This place really sucks, Used to be good.

Well, I need to say that this DD store’s lil donut holes which It’s been a while for me. I was buying them for people I know at this company right (50) assorted of course. I bought (10) of the jelly-filled ones to take home and the jelly-filled ones were completely nasty, and a lil hard. Maybe they were sitting too long I don’t know. I mean I downloaded the app and everything public let me tell you they ain’t never gotta worry bout me spending my coins or plastic literally up in there. They only take cards. There is walk-in and order from a kiosk and drive-up only. I’ve never experienced a place that does it that way. I guess it may be working for the company. You know what they say, If you build it, they will come. ♀️ However, let em keep serving smaller than small donut holes for that price and I’m tryna tell you public it’s highway robbery at the DD on Eastern/Flamingo. DD I’ma need for ya’ll to do better than damn that. The experience of eating a small hard jelly-filled donut is whack I tell you. They didn’t even look like donut holes in the bag, more like lil hard boulders. ♀️I’m still mad about that experience. (that could be why they doin’ it that way so you cannot look at what you buy right away) I won’t let it happen again public. This is the main reason that I do not care to buy any food anywhere and eat in the street. (next time I know what I can do, order something special for the people at a company who are kind to me, from Amazon) I like cooking ya’ll. I just figured donut holes for nice people at a company to show my appreciation. ♀️I may not go to another DD house. Naw. I’ma go over off Warm-Springs and see what’s up. I bet them rich folks over there ain’t got no problems bout the donut hole size or taste. I’ma see one a deeze days and shout out. I’m so serious. ♀️

This is not a place to stop and eat. Drive through, online pick up, or walk up window in an empty lobby with an ordering kiosk are your options. This location has horrible service and is way overpriced. I spent $20 and politely asked for a cup of water with which they replied, “that will cost $2.00”. I could not believe the audacity of this company to deny a paying customer a cup of ice water, especially after walking to their location on a hot day. What’s even more ironic is they advertise delivery for a fee of just 99 cents! I will definitely never go back to this location if I ever choose to visit Duncan Donuts again. The donuts were stale and the drinks are always disappointing.

First time to a Dunkin’ Donuts, and the guy at the window was so nice, it made my day. Also, they have their priorities right with the Halloween decorations already out . Love it!
