I went through the the drive thru and ordered 1sausage egg and cheese croissant, 1 hash brown, 2 donuts and a Caramel iced coffee with almond milk. I asked the lady that was working the winding if the coffee was made with almond because it looked like it had a lot of cream. She reassured me that it was made with almond milk and she’ll make another one and I said no thanks it’s ok, however she went out of her way to make me another one anyway. Her customer service was amazing and I appreciate her going above and beyond. I didn’t get a chance get her name however the ticket on my bag said Katherine. This specific dunking donuts has yet to disappoint!Thank you!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I usually go to Starbucks but wanted to give Dunkin another shot because their drive through line is shorter in the morning and their prices are lower. When I last stopped in I was reminded why I don’t come to Dunkin. There was some type of construction being done on the drive through menu/box where you place your order. I waited a very long time before the car in front of me finally pulled forward. When I got to the drive through I continued to wait but no one came to acknowledge me or even say “we’ll be with you in a minute.” Because of this, I pulled forward to the window and explained no one said anything and I thought it might have been because of the construction so I asked if I could place my order now. The manager, Emery, refused to take my order at the window and said I had to pull back around because their policy is to not take orders at the window. If that’s the case maybe they should acknowledge you when you’re at the drive through??! I did not end up doing so because why would I go wait in line again just for them to ignore me? Their customer service is terrible and I would say spend the extra money and go to Starbucks. At least they’ll get your order right and get to you in a reasonable amount of time.

Love the coffee and friendly employees. But over last 4 years the store has been going down hill. Use to love visiting inside, now we just get it to go. They close way to early 7 pm. There donuts are not made at store like they use to be, but brought in. Most the time there out of most donuts by 3 pm, the ones that they have left taste like day old donuts, not fresh. The store needs a update, it’s lacking atmosphere and products to buy. They hardly ever have whole bean regular bags of coffee, always sold out. Saddens me to see my favorite place to go enjoy a cup coffee go down hill.

Everyone waiting 30+ minutes for their food. For a sandwich that you slap together and microwave. They have plenty of people working so I have no idea what they’re doing back there. Then half the orders come out wrong. Now I remember why I stopped going to Dunkin lol.

Ordered a plain bagel and I guess that means dig the bagel out of a public parks charcoal grill. Obviously burnt and Barely edible. Also after the bagel being cooked “well done” the coffee was filled with grounds and no straws.
