When handed my coffee it felt pretty light but I had to wait to check it once I got home to see how low it actually was. I think it was spilt prior to giving it to me, this was not a medium, filled like a small and had sticky on the outside of mouth piece and on cup as if it spilt. I paid for the medium. The taste was not good. I ordered caramel craze latte. This is the 3rd disappointing order here. I’m not coming to this location again. I’m concerned about cleanliness or proper care here unfortunately. I don’t like giving reviews but after 3 issues I’m checked out.

I ordered a donut and iced coffee. I pay and get the items to discover they gave me a different donut. When I asked I was told that’s all they have right now. Would have been nice if they would have let me know that when I ordered so I didn’t pay for something that was disgusting that I didn’t want or eat.

Placed a mobile order through the app, wasn’t ready when I got there, order was incomplete (missing a breakfast sandwich and 6 donuts) the two large lattes I paid $5 a piece for weren’t even full, and after they quickly grab the missing donuts I go home to find out they forgot one, so paid for 6 but got 5. The order cost over $30. You think it would be worth it. Nope. Literally my husband thought I drank some of his large latte because there was barely over half the cup filled.

Dunkin’ used to be my favorite donut place when I lived in Tucson. Last two visits the donuts were stale. We took order home so didn’t have time to go back. They used to make their donuts fresh daily. Hopefully they’ll get their mojo back.

The least freshest donuts i have ever eaten. They tast last weeks bash. So i waited a few weeks and went again for another dozen and same nasty week old tast. No fricken way this location makes it own donuts. They get the ones left at the end of the week from other stores.

Every time I have come here I’ve had a great experience. I made an online order and got delayed getting there in time so my drink was really water down an employee immediately offered to remake it for me before I could even ask for my order. Great customer service and the donuts are always fresh. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I go to in Queen Creek.
