Go every morning before work. The staff is always friendly however on Thursdays and Fridays the coffee tastes bitter not sure why. Overall great priced place to get a large iced coffee in the mornings.

Imma Dunkin’ convert. My gf and I are pretty diligent “coffee at home” types, but occasionally we like to get a coffee out as a treat. 9 times out of 10, we will go somewhere independent and local, but when we are in a time crunch and/or on the road, we usually opt for starbucks. Lately, starbucks has just not been hitting the same. Most of the time the quality of their espresso drinks makes it worth the money, but when the quality degrades, it definitely isn’t worth the cost. I decided to go for some dunkin’ hot coffee with a pump of vanilla the other day, and it was really good. It is nice to have a super basic coffee that is good quality and flavor. It felt like a nice cuppa from a diner.

I went in around 2 in the afternoon to 300 there was no one in line at the drive-thru. I ordered a hot specialty drink which they quickly told me they could not make any specialty drinks. I settled on a caramel macchiato. I was going to visit a friend so I took a regular coffee. And I got a little 10-pack of donut holes with raspberry filling. The caramel macchiato was a worst I’ve ever had. I waited for these drinks for probably 10 to 15 minutes. I did get a dozen donut holes which were pretty good. I’m not sure if I paid for 10 or the dozen. Will not go back anytime soon unless I’m really craving a raspberry filled donut hole.

So they are supposed to open at 5 am every morning, they are never open on time. I have been there at 5 am, 5:15am, 5:30 am and even as late as 6am. Still, the doors have been locked. There are normally 2-3 workers inside, and over half the time, I have to walk through the drive-through just to get a coffee. I like the coffee they offer a lot, but I must say, it’s rather annoying to go to a place of business and they are never open on time.

The food is good, but they tend to run out of flavors on their donuts fairly fast. I am not sure if it’s due to not enough made or that day its a trend. Love the Advocado toast with Bacon, the only thing is that some cut the bacon others put it on full slice. It is easier to eat if it’s cut. Dunkin’ is located on Townsend Avenue and Niagara, GMaps tries to send you downtown. Its in the building with Baskin Robbins.

Rude staff and they messed up our order. We were kicked out because no more than 5 allowed in the lobby at a time- which is fine, but there wasn’t a sign on either door stating this. We went through the drive thru instead and she rushed us through ordering, was rude about the donuts we ordered and crammed 6 donuts into one bag. They were smashed together and the frosting was facing each other. There were no papers separating the order. She missed one of the donuts we ordered but we weren’t about to go back and make her more mad. Clearly this particular lady needs some talking to- customer service doesn’t seem to be her priority.
