Worst Dunkin location you can go to. The staff is always rude. The drinks always taste weird. I always ask for light ice and they could care less. I got a watered down drink with a full cup of ice. Not coming back

Ordered a dozen mixed donuts from here and they were disgusting. Dry, tasted old, and the jelly in our jelly donuts tasted like the jelly you spread on toast and it was thick and had chunks in it. My husband got sick from the cream filled donuts. When we called, the lady who answered was extremely rude and nothing was handled because I was hung up on. I could deal with bad customer service if the food was good but the food was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced at a donut shop.

Can definitely say these reviews are correct. Got donuts for a treat for today and there was only powdered cream and jelly filled donuts available at this location. I was very disappointed you are a donut shop that cannot keep up with the high demand of food and donuts. How is that?? I don’t think I will be returning to this place . This is a business that cannot keep up with selling the items we want. How are they still open. High demand for Donuts you should be making donuts all day than if your going to be open. Ridiculous!!! Doesn’t deserve any stars. Nant customers have the same complaint and still nothing is being solved.

I have been stopping by here about once a week for the last couple of months and finally wanted to share a review. In terms of service, the employees seem miserable every time I go. It’s also not the place to go if you’re on any sort of time constraint. Things take a long time to come out. Today, after waiting a while for a wrap, I followed up and the person working that station wasn’t even there so it hadn’t even been started. Another employee then took care of it but if I hadn’t said anything, I would have been standing there a long time. I will say, in the end what I get is correct but the service is slow and not very friendly.

As someone from the east coast, Dunkin’ has always been a very important place to me. Maybe five or so years ago my grandfather had always brought us through the drive through to grab a box of munchkins and a hot coffee. As he got older and his health started to further deteriorate, he stopped being able to drive us or sometimes even leave his bed. At the time I didn’t think much about those Dunkin’ visits, though as I’ve gotten older those memories have stuck with me and going back reminds me of the most amazing man I have known despite his recent passing.

If I could give it zero stars, I would! I like Dunkin, but surley not this one! The employees here are down right rude and could careless about any decent customer service. You can telly they absolutely despise their jobs! The employees are very unwilling to do their jobs. I tried to order a half dozen donuts through the drive through and was told I now have to place donut orders inside. What is the point of your drive through then?!? Tried to reach out to the manager about the incident we had with that rude employee, and the manager could care less too. This whole place is a joke. And definitely giving Dunkin a bad name! But no one cares that why they allow it to continue. Take your money to someone else! Who wants to pay for an attitude with your coffee and donuts?!?

Every time I have gone there over the last year, they’re out of donuts or food. The wait in the drive-through line is over 30 minutes, there’s no sign to let the many people waiting in line know they’re out of doughnuts. The drive-through doesn’t have an exit you can take, so you’re still stuck there forever without being able to get anything. I understand it is not the fault of the employees but management needs to do better.

We enjoy coming here on our morning break time. The food quality is much better here than at other Dunkin locations. The service is friendly, especially Chris. He even hooked me up with a Denver Nuggets themed donut for wearing Nuggets gear during the NBA Finals week.
