Every time I order ahead of time to use one the in app deals and go inside for it, 3 associates let it sit behind the counter talking until I ask them to make it. 90% of the time something is wrong also, like today when my husband ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese. They left off the cheese and we didn’t notice until we got home. Do better.

Wow, what an amazing and uplifting experience at this DD today! I am surprised by all the negative reviews (unless leadership / mgmt has since changed). Friendly, fast, efficient, clean, and excellent customer service. I went to redeem my free birthday drink, and I was greeted with such kindness and generosity! They wished me multiple happy birthdays from numerous staff members working today. Patrick even offered a surprise free birthday treat of my choice! The staff today was professional, kind, and showed me A++ customer service. Big smiles from all, well wishes of a happy birthday, and with the unexpected generosity, this absolutely made my day. Patrick is clearly doing an exceptional job, and he is an asset to DD at large! Give Patrick a raise and / or an award! I am disappointed I am visiting from out of state; otherwise, if I lived closer, this would definitely become my regular DD. Thank you, Patrick, and the rest of the staff working today at this DD! I ordered a 25 count of assorted munchkins and the new stuffed bagel minis. They only gave me two different flavors for the munchkins, the worst ones in my opinion. They didn’t tell me they only had two flavors left, it was a surprise to my family and me when I got home. They didn’t even get eaten because of this. The stuffed mini bagels tasted freezer burnt. I’m so disappointed.

Came here for a few iced lattes and donuts. To be fair we came at around 1245pm. Actually sitting in line now. They were out of caramel. No problem. I ask for the Butter toffee they are advertising on the sign but that is just seasonal. If it’s just seasonal I’m interested in what season if it’s the only seasonal item you are advertising. Out of the donuts we are requesting. But they have vanilla syrup. We went up the road to Starbucks. Always have issues here. The training is poor. Management is non existent. Kids running the place are rude. Save yourself the trouble.

I usually like Dunkin donuts but I think they’ve gotten a little let’s say far away from where they started I mean they had more signs with hamburgers and french fries up on the wall then they did donuts and the doughnuts were way fahrbach back behind the counter I wasn’t able to see really what their selection was and what I was able to see it it was rather shallow needless to say I think that they need to focus more on donuts and they do fast food and put the donuts up front in the case so you can look at them closely and you’ll make your pick again and they need to focus on the donuts there’s a very limited selection as well to choose it was a Sunday morning and there wasn’t a very big selection all I’m trying to say is it’s time to make the donuts guys also I mean I know everything’s getting expensive nowadays but $11 for six donuts a little too much

Would give zero if I could. Called ahead to order two box o joes. Gave 30 minutes heads up. No one answered the phone the first time. The second time I got put on hold and forgotten about. The third time I finally placed an order. Arrived 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready (35 minutes after the order was placed) and was told “oh, we still need to make the coffee for this”. It’s the only part of the order that needs to be made since the rest was just donuts. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes before it was ready.
