Clean store, clean restrooms, friendly staff, what else do you need. I mean Dinkin is kind of the McDonalds of coffee shops, and this one delivers at the top of the game. In and out quick and they get your order right. The parking is a little tricky, and it’s hard to find the store if you don’t know where it is, but once you find it it’s a good spot.

Ordered hash browns and half dozen of donuts. The hash browns were not fresh as she grabbed them from a container next to the small oven. The hash browns were half warm, oily, soggy and completely inedible.. who knows how long they have been sitting out for. For the donuts all of the icing was melted and donut themself tasted old and dried out. Check photo. Disgusting!! Store needs new management. Have never been to a Dunkin this terrible – will never return.

Saw girl drop donut hole and put it back. Then I ordered a dozen on app and did no get 1 that I ordered. They decide to just give you what they want !! All they could say is they were probably out of what I wanted. Not telling me that I was getting a dozen of something I didn’t even like!! Manager is very rude and unprofessional.when I told her the girl out the donut hole back she dropped she argued that I didn’t see that and it was her assistant and wouldn’t do that. Then she proceeded to look in trash saying on no there is donuts in trash. I saw it from a foot away clear as day!! NASTY PEOPLE .Someone needs to report them to main company!!!

The first thing I need everyone to fully understand and admit to themselves is that we don’t go to Dunkin for consistent iced coffees… we go for the emotional support and the fun randomized coffee color of the day. That is what sets Dunkin apart from other coffee places. I could order the exact same thing 10 times with 5 minutes in between each order and every coffee would come out different. YOU CANT RUSH OR CARBON COPY ART. We all know what we are getting ourselves into when we enter that drive thru line or walk in store. The vibez will let us know what to order and much like when Harry Potter learned about reading tea leaves, we must read the signs that are coffees are telling us! THE SIGNS!!!

I’ve been to this location maybe 3 times in the last 6 weeks or so, and each time they have been completely out of bagels. Also, their breakfast sandwiches are disgusting– bland, soggy, with a weird aftertaste. The donuts are fine, but I can get better, less expensive donuts from a locally owned donut shop across the street. Their only saving graces are the employees at this location are very friendly, and Dunkin offers Pup Cups for free. Otherwise I would never go there.

Sad. They didn’t give me my correct order. I was in a rush and assumed that the order was all in there. It was an easy order. I was missing a few items. I called and spoke to a girl, she was really nice and helpful. She gave me the name of the supervisor and that she’d be in a little later in the day. She said she would pass on my information and that I could go in the next day to pick it up. I went in to go get my order, met with the supervisor. I’m sorry I did. Yes, she corrected my order but her vibe was off. She came across as rude and condescending. And she had a tone in her voice. I understand that food establishments get a lot of types of people who are rude and nasty to them. However, I am not one of those people. I work in the service industry for years and I know how some people can be. And because of this I never disrespect anyone in the food service industry. I never disrespect anyone ever. This was a sad experience and I won’t be returning. I went for donuts and coffee not attitude.
