As a coffee fan, I’ve gotten maybe 20% of my orders correct at this location. Please, if you’re going to have your employees make beverages, be sure they’re trained to make them. I have an order I really like from Dunkin, but this store just can’t get it right! This is why some people pay twice as much for that other place…

Poor excuse for customer service. They had us standing at the counter without even acknowledging us. The two employees working that morning were just standing there, conversing. When we approached them to inquire about their selection, they barley had anything Available, so we just left and drove over to Shipley Doughnuts. In a world where businesses are closing down left and right, it really is sad to receive this kind of service

I came here with my sis and haven’t been to a dunkin Doughnuts for a long long time!!! There’s not a close one to me and try not to eat Doughnuts a lot. But we couldn’t resist this time!!! Sierra was very helpful and nice, she helped me with my choices. We got the happy hour coffee which was a plus!!! Very awesome! They have cute seating places inside. They were helpful. Thank you!☺️

Slowedt service, i have to show up half an hour before work if i have a chance at getting breakfast. I avoid stopping here not sure why i even did it today it looked like a short line but wow it was 25 minutes. To order it was a mess they were out of eggs and the lady had me hold for like what seemed about 5 minutes while she was talking i could hear her conversation. I would like the owner of this place to know the staff is loosing you a LOT of money my voworkers avoid stopping here and go to starbucks instead. Im writing this review as i am waiting on my food still here waiting on the line
