I like this location, easy to get to and close to work, but every time I order, they seem to be out of something. No flavors, no liquid sugar, no cups, no cold foam, or bagels, cream cheese. I understand they get busy and run out, but I always order in the mornings. They need an option to turn stuff off online if they are out. I believe they went under new management, and new management obviously doesn’t know how to order enough product.

It’s a good location and staff. However it’s really weird they only had 3 flavors of donuts. They have 8 trays where they display the donuts and only one tray had donuts. And was half empty….

My family and I have been going to dunkin for years, this location is by far the best i’ve been to. The staff is very well mannered and fast paced. I have seen a huge difference in this store from previous years. The customer service is fantastic! I will definitely be coming back!

The worst location ever. I have been to this place 4 times in the past 2 weeks and they had zero donuts. The first time they said they didn’t have supplies to make them and the following two times they were simply sold out. Which I understand. Today I placed a scheduled order in the morning to avoid them being sold out only to arrive and they said they had already handed out all orders. Which I had never picked up. In turn they had zero donuts to fulfill my order and had the audacity to say I didn’t order with 24 hours notice? Are we serious right now? I’ve ordered through the app before and had no problem getting my order in a shorter time frame. And to top off, I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t issue that because they don’t handle app orders? And I had to call corporate. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I ordered a dozen donuts and headed off to the store when the app said my order was ready. When I got to the drive-thru, they told me they only had 1 coffee roll (I’d ordered 6). So I went into the store to look for substitutes. As I’m looking at donuts, I said, “Donuts are cheaper than coffee rolls, so you’ll credit me back the difference.” The clerk said, “I can give you a credit if that’s what you want.” So the intent was to give the customer a lower priced product and NOT credit back the difference? I then asked if they had any more double chocolate (I’d ordered 4). The clerk said, “Let me show you what I have.” He then opened one of the boxes he’d packed for my order. In it, I saw that he had substituted 4 chocolate iced for the doubled chocolate and didn’t tell me. At that point, I just cancelled the order because they only had 3 of the 12 donuts I’d ordered. I also don’t want to do business with a company that is deceptive towards their customers.

Took my mom today around 12 noon she wanted the mini stuffed bagels. They were out so I asked for a coconut donut they were out then a cake and she proceeds to tell me they were out of all donuts!!!! They would not restock till 5. Couldn’t understand it but I thought I’ll try again because it was my moms bday and that what she wanted instead of a cake. Well I went back at 630 and nooooo donuts only glaze. I asked her I thought you were going to restock and she said we are but I can’t give you a time!! Wow!!! So I left and went to another donut place but to think of all the business you have lost. It’s not her fault she just the messenger. It’s the owner and mangers fault because someone is dropping the the ball and from what I see on the comments this happens a lot!!

Just shockingly found out that all donuts are made the night before. So they easily run out of donuts and they are not fresh. What happened to the “Gotta make the donuts” commercial where they get up early in the morning to make donuts? Maybe this location is too small to make their own donuts, I don’t know.

Never have I ever been some where and turned away. I have always gotten my lattes from Starbucks. I thought maybe I could change my routine for dunkin but this is the 3rd time w a bad experience. Their Donuts are always dry and this time around I am waiting 10mins at the drive thru. I confronted the girl at the speaker, telling her yes I’m ready, I’m the only one here all the cars are gone. I was a bit upset because it was a long wait. Never did she apologize for waiting she just started arguing. I told her ma’ am fine it’s in the past. She proceeded w the coffee order and I asked if it did come w expresso. She said no, I told her last time I ordered the guy said it came w it when I tried ordering it separately. She said that’s the latte. I was going to tell her but I always order the mocha latte but I didn’t want to argue because I could see where this was going. So I ordered the latte and said I’m just confirming this comes w expresso correct, she laughed sarcastically and said ma’am you asked if it came w expresso I told you….and I said ok but I didn’t ask all that I just asked confirming this does come w expresso, yes or no. She said you can leave. I said excuse me, she said you can leave. I said for confirming my order and not wanting to argue w you so you get mad not having it your way and tell me to leave. And she said byyyyye. Really rude and sarcastic childish voice. I asked for management n she said she was management. Now I’m nor sure who they’re hiring for managing a store. I know there’s desperate hiring out there for employment but this is the worst store ever!! I’m an HR Director / Accounting and this is not how you behave. Definitely needs training or a reality check! Dont worry dear you will get yours, it always comes back grow up and hopefully you learn how to be a real manager not just feel o er powering because of a title you need way more knowledge!

Really disappointed with this location, it’s really gone down the drain lately. Last week they were out of certain flavors. I only go there for the caramel. This week I’ve had grounds in my coffee three of the five days I’m gone in. I went in today and two rude, frumpy girls treated me in a non-caring, disrespectful manner. I politely requested that they add some regular blend to my midnight blend because sometimes they make it too dark, like undrinkable dark, not kidding. They refused to make any changes. They said I had ordered a midnight and that’s what they had to make. They said changes in blend are not allowed per management. I gladly would pay any difference but they refused to change my order. They said they wouldn’t make any change and couldn’t cancel the order either. I highly recommend that management change their ways or ask their employees to allow small requests/changes from regular customers. I don’t need Dunkin, they need customers. I can always go elsewhere.
