The staff is rude and obviously does not know how to listen and take orders. Asked for chocolate chip ice cream. They then asked if I wanted mint chocolate chip. I said no just chocolate chip and I got plain chocolate ice cream. I don’t like chocolate ice cream. So I asked them to get the chocolate chip and the guy said he already scooped it so I would have to pay for a new one. He had not even handed me the first one.

I just had the worst experience… Just so you know I am not the kind of person about bad reviews. I went to dunkin baskin Robbins to get ice cream for my one year old granddaughter and I. I was in the drive through about 15 minutes. At this point the car behind me started honking. So when I got up to the window, the worker called me rude And then proceeded to refuse me service. She thought I was the one honking. so the treat that I promised my granddaughter she did not get to have. I am an old lady I did nothing wrong I would not recommend going to this place. They Did not treat me respectfully And I do not think that they will treat others that way either. They have awful service. To add-on to it they are always out of things. 0 out of 5 stars would not recommend.

Great place to get your favorite coffee and doughnuts!! The staff at this location is friendly and exceptionally professional. They’re well stocked, and this time of year, on a 110-degree day, the ice cream is very nice.

We use to enjoy stopping by Dunkin and Baskin to pick up a large cold coffee and large sweet tea but 90% of the time our tea has a bad taste to it like it is not fresh or has been sitting for a long time. I tried calling the Boerne store to talk to someone and let them know so they could fix this issue and the phone just rings forever with no response so this is why this experience comment has been written. Hopefully someone will respond to fix the tea bad taste issue.

I remember when the ice coffee was so good here. Now it is HORRIBLE!! It taste old and doesn’t have any type of flavor when you ask for cream and sugar. This has happened two weeks in a row now. Guess I’ll just grab Starbucks from now on.

Ordered a frozen coffee with coconut and caramel… the drink ticket reads as it should but they literally left out the coffee they basically gave me a giant snowcone in a cup.. as a fellow barista this mistake kinda left me more in awe than anger because how do forget the coffee in a frozen coffee

This place is horrible. Every time I go here their responses. I’m sorry we’re out of glazed donuts. How can a donut place ever run out of glazed donuts. It is just a shame I go to H-E-B and they are a grocery store and never run out of glazed donuts.
